Pyongyang, January 5 (KCNA) -- I am convinced that the friendly and cooperative relations between Nepal and the DPRK will grow stronger in the future, Pushpa Kamal Dahal, prime minister of Nepal, said when meeting with the DPRK ambassador to Nepal who paid a courtesy call on him on Jan. 1.

He praised the proud successes achieved by the Workers' Party of Korea, the DPRK government and the Korean people in the politico-ideological field, anti-imperialist military front and the drive to build a great prosperous powerful socialist nation under the Songun revolutionary leadership of General Secretary Kim Jong Il last year.

He stressed that Kim Jong Il is leading the Korean people's struggle to victory, smashing the imperialists' moves for aggression and blockade.
