Lee Myung Bak Group Will Have to Pay for All Their Crimes

Pyongyang, December 31 (KCNA) -- Rodong Sinmun Wednesday in a signed commentary discloses the ulterior aim sought by the Lee Myung Bak group in deteriorating the inter-Korean relations in the first year of its office and the moves stepped up by them to escalate the confrontation with the DPRK this year.

The above-said confrontational maniacs will have to pay a dear price for their crimes, the commentary warns, and goes on:

The Lee group are the traitors opposed to reunification as they negated the June 15 joint declaration and the October 4 declaration and have hamstrung any effort to implement them. Their sinister intention is, needless to say, to scrap the north-south joint declarations and rush headlong into permanent division, confrontation and a war of aggression against the north, pursuant to their such "policy towards the north" as traitorous and anti-reunification watchword "no nukes, opening and 3,000 dollars."

"Respect for the declarations," "dialogue" and "sincerity" touted by the Lee group are nothing but an empty talk and a mockery of the nation unless they clarify their will to totally revise "no nukes, opening and 3,000 dollars" and respect the joint declarations and implement them.

They shut the door of inter-Korean dialogue by putting up unreasonable preconditions and declared "dialogue useless." This is no more than a premeditated and deliberate attempt to completely scuttle dialogue and cooperation undertakings between the north and south.

The puppet warmongers' madcap exercises for a war of aggression against the north prove that they are making a desperate bid to realize their sinister scenario to do harm and stifle the DPRK at any cost in league with their master, the U.S. imperialists.

It admits of no argument that the Lee group are entirely to blame for driving the inter-Korean relations to catastrophe and the full responsibility for their deterioration rests with them.

With neither artifice nor sophism can they conceal the worst crime they have committed by pushing the inter-Korean relations to the crisis of total severance and throwing a stumbling block and hurdles in the way of national reconciliation, unity and reunification and evade the responsibility for it.

The Korean nation will keep tabs on the crimes committed by the Lee group by swimming against the trend of the June 15 era of reunification and force them to pay a dear price for them.
