Lee Myung Bak Group's Invariable Stance for Confrontation with Fellow Countrymen Flailed
Pyongyang, December 27 (KCNA) -- Those related to the inter-Korean relations including the vice-minister of Unification of south Korea are nowadays letting loose a spate of jargon that "they would handle the north-south relations in a stable manner in the next year, too" and "they would approach the north, while abiding by principle."

Commenting on this, Rodong Sinmun Saturday observes:

This clearly reveals their sinister intention to keep pursuing treacherous confrontational policy irrespective of the catastrophic inter-Korean relations.

The Lee Myung Bak group is not thinking of saving the inter-Korean relations from crisis, while trumpeting about "principle" at this crucial moment when the nation stands at the crossroads of reconciliation and unity or all-out confrontation.

The "principle" which the group says "it will abide" is nothing but the policy of "co-existence and co-prosperity" the core of which is watchword "no nukes, opening and 3,000 dollars", anachronistic theory of following foreign forces and inciting confrontation with fellow countrymen in total denial of the June 15 joint declaration and the October 4 declaration which were agreed upon by the north and the south and warmly supported and welcomed by all Koreans, and the idea of "By our nation itself", their basic spirit.

The Lee group seeks to pursue the criminal confrontational policy still pinning hope on it. This clearly proves that it remains unchanged in its foolish ambition to incite confrontation with fellow countrymen and put into practice the design to invade the north, while failing to draw a lesson from the present catastrophic north-south relations. It is absolutely ridiculous for such guys to talk about "dialogue" and "sincerity" whenever an opportunity presents itself. It has become clear once again that the Lee group has neither the will to respect and implement the June 15 joint declaration and the October 4 declaration nor the intention to improve the inter-Korean relations.

The Lee group's persistent pursuance of the anachronistic confrontational policy would only deteriorate the inter-Korean relations, far from helping tide over crisis. The group of traitors should bear in mind that its provocative jargon about "principle" will push the north-south relations to stalemate and, therefore, invite strong protest from all Koreans and punishment by history.
