Pyongyang, December 16 (KCNA) -- General Secretary Kim Jong Il received a New Year card from Hu Jintao, General Secretary of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China and President of the People's Republic of China, on the occasion of New Year Juche 98 (2009).
Chinese Ambassador to the DPRK Liu Xiaoming handed over the New Year card to Secretary of the C. C., the Workers' Party of Korea Choe Thae Bok on Tuesday.
The New Year card to Kim Jong Il from Wang Jiarui, head of the International Liaison Department of the C. C., the Communist Party of China, and the New Year card and a gift from the Chinese ambassador to the DPRK were also conveyed.
