Kumsusan Memorial Palace Visited by Endless Stream of People
Pyongyang, December 11 (KCNA) -- The Kumsusan Memorial Palace, holy temple of Juche where President Kim Il Sung lies in state, has been visited by more than 880,000 people including servicepersons of the Korean People's Army, working people, overseas compatriots and foreigners this year.

The servicepersons and people from all walks of life visited the palace where they paid homage in humble reverence to the President who dedicated his whole life to the country and its people.

Overseas compatriots and foreign leaders and figures made entries in the visitor's book highly praising the immortal exploits performed by the President before the times and history. They include Nam Sung U, vice-chairman of the Central Standing Committee of the General Association of Korean Residents in Japan, Yang Yong Dong, chairman of the General Association of Koreans in China, and Mohammad Javad Haji Ali Akbari, vice-president of Iran, Amama Mbabazi, general secretary of the Uganda National Resistance Movement, Wang Jiarui, head of the International Liaison Department of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China, Keith Bennet, secretary general of the International Kim Il Sung Foundation, Giancarlo Elia Valori, chairman of the Development Bank of the Mediterranean who is chairman of the Italian General Investment Group, and Kenichi Ogami, secretary general of the International Institute of the Juche Idea.
