These moves are grave acts of disturbing peace and stability in Northeast Asia including the Korean Peninsula and driving the situation there to the phase of war as they are obvious military moves against the DPRK, the commentary notes, and goes on:

What is more dangerous is that the Lee Myung Bak group of south Korea is going reckless as servants for the U.S. in its moves to start a nuclear war.

Under the situation prevailing on the peninsula, there is an increasing likelihood of any military move that may provoke the opponent to develop into a war. The extremely dangerous arms buildup stepped up by the bellicose forces of the U.S. and south Korea is rendering the situation on the peninsula so tense that a war may break out there any time.

The DPRK neither wants a war nor fears it. The frantic racket of the warmongers at home and abroad to start a war against the DPRK only reinforces the revolutionary will of its servicepersons and people to bolster its military deterrent in every way to prevent a war on the peninsula.
