Pyongyang, November 9 (KCNA) -- An agreement on cultural cooperation between the governments of the DPRK and Qatar was signed with due ceremony in Doha on Nov. 5.

Present there from the DPRK side were the DPRK ambassador to Qatar and his embassy official and from the Qatar side the secretary general of the Ministry of Culture, Arts and Heritages and officials concerned.

It was inked by the ambassador and the secretary general.
