Present at the signing ceremony were the members of the friendship delegation of the Korean Committee for Cultural Relations with Foreign Countries led by its Acting Chairman Mun Jae Chol on a visit to Cambodia from the DPRK side and Him Chaem, minister of Culture and Arts of Cambodia, and officials concerned from the Cambodian side.
