Pyongyang, October 29 (KCNA) -- The title of professor was conferred on Ro Chun Sik, director of the Instruction Department of Kim Chaek University of Technology, Ri Pyong Il, room chief of the same university, and others and the degree of doctor on Han Song Chol and Pak Chol Hae, teachers at Kim Il Sung University, and 16 others and the title of associate professor on 63 intellectuals who have made great contributions to scientific researches and the education of the younger generation in the DPRK.
An awarding ceremony was held on Oct. 28.
