Japanese Reactionaries' Intention to Have Political Bargaining with DPRK Blasted
Pyongyang, October 28 (KCNA) -- Japanese Prime Minister Aso is staging such a clumsy farce as contemplating a political bargaining with the DPRK, regarding the settlement of the abduction issue as a precondition for normalizing the DPRK-Japan relations. This comes under fire by a signed commentary of Rodong Sinmun Tuesday.

It observes: This is nothing but a mean and despicable attitude and arrogant and stupid demeanor peculiar to Japan. There have been no state relations between the DPRK and Japan so far and distrust and antagonism have grown deep between them mainly because Japan has zealously pursued a hostile policy towards the DPRK, refusing to make honest repentance and reparation for the crimes committed by Japan in the past.

Japan should settle the issue of liquidating its past without fail before opting for the normalization of the DPRK-Japan relations.

Japan's attitude of regarding the settlement of the abduction issue as a precondition for normalizing the DPRK-Japan relations is nothing but a last-ditch effort to get rid of the miserable situation where it finds itself in a dilemma isolated at home and abroad and dodge the liquidation of its past crimes at any cost.

The public expresses ridicule and disillusionment with Japan's act of regarding the abduction issue as a precondition for normalizing the DPRK-Japan relations, shelving the issue of redeeming its past crimes, as a fraud of political half-wits and an act of imposters.

Japan will have no rosy future unless it redresses its past wrongs. The public is unanimous in claiming it is something unfortunate to note that there are many politicians in Japan but no politicians with logical thinking faculty and vision. Japan should lend an ear to this.

Japan would be well advised to stop looking at something else in pursuance of a foolish aim and opt for redressing its past crimes as early as possible.
