Present at the opening ceremony were Hong Son Ok, vice-chairwoman of the Korean Committee for Cultural Relations with Foreign Countries, Ryu Sung Rim, chairman of the DPRK-Czech Friendship Association, and officials concerned and working people in Pyongyang and Czech Ambassador to the DPRK Martin Tomco and staff members of his embassy.

Present there on invitation were diplomatic envoys of various countries and staff members of different embassies here.

Speeches were made at the ceremony.

Noting that the DPRK-Czech friendly relations have a long history, speakers expressed belief that this exhibition would contribute to the development of the cultural relations between the two countries.
