27th Yun I Sang Concert Closes
Pyongyang, October 17 (KCNA) -- The 27th Yun I Sang Concert was closed.

Its closing performance took place at the Yun I Sang Concert Hall on Friday.

It was appreciated by Han Chol, vice-minister of Culture, officials concerned and creators and artistes in the field of culture and arts.

Among the audience were the widow of Yun I Sang and his daughter, a visiting group of the "Yun I Sang Peace Foundation" of south Korea headed by Director Sin Kye Ryun, overseas compatriots, Thomas Schafer, Germany ambassador to the DPRK, and staff members of his embassy.

The performance was given by the orchestra of the Yun I Sang Music Institute and a south Korean cellist conducting art activities overseas.

Performers played orchestra "Don't Advance Night of Pyongyang", Tchaikovsky's second and third movements of Serenade Op.48 for string music and a cello concerto composed by Yun with dexterous technical skills.
