This is based on the fighting purpose and mission of the WPK for defending the independence of the people and accomplishing the revolutionary cause of Juche.

The supreme principle is an important guarantee which enables the Party to deepen its relations with the masses and consolidate the mass foundation of the revolution.

The WPK has constantly strengthened its leading position, enjoying the absolute support and trust of the popular masses. It is because the Party has exerted all its efforts for the popular masses, regarding them as the root for its existence and the source of inexhaustible might.

Thus the Korean people are entrusting their destinies entirely to the great revolutionary party and are implementing the Party's lines and policies by displaying boundless loyalty and devotion with the revolutionary faith "As the Party decides, so we do!"

The Party defends firmly the interests of the people and the latter responds to the former's leadership with fidelity. Herein lie the source of the man-centered socialist Korea's invincibility and the decisive guarantee for all victories.

The WPK will, in the future, too, cement its close relations with the popular masses in the efforts to carry the Songun revolutionary leadership of Kim Jong Il into reality, thus demonstrating the might as an invincible revolutionary party.
