Pyongyang, October 11 (KCNA) -- Kim Yong Nam, president of the Presidium of the DPRK Supreme People's Assembly, sent a message of greetings to Obiang Nguema Mbasogo, President of Equatorial Guinea, on October 7 on the occasion of the 40th anniversary of its independence.
The Korean people are pleased with the fact that the people of Equatorial Guinea have achieved many successes in their efforts to consolidate the national unity and political stability and build just and prosperous Equatorial Guinea under the correct leadership of the president, the message said.
Expressing the belief that the excellent friendly and cooperative relations between the DPRK and Equatorial Guinea would continue to grow stronger, the message wished the president good health and success in his work.
