Pyongyang, October 9 (KCNA) -- Bulletins were issued by friendship organizations in Sri Lanka, Egypt and Bulgaria on Oct. 1 and 3 on the occasion of the 63rd anniversary of the WPK.

The Sri Lanka-People's Korea Friendship Association released the 23rd issue of its bulletin "Juche Korea" which carried an article titled "Fluttering Flag of the Workers' Party of Korea".

The article noted that the more than six decades-long history of the WPK may be called a history in which it has made a steady victorious and glorious advance holding aloft its flag emblazoned with a hammer, sickle and writing brush.

Thanks to General Secretary Kim Jong Il the history and tradition of the WPK founded by President Kim Il Sung are given a steady continuity, the bulletin noted, adding that it is fully demonstrating its might as an organizer and guide of all victories of the Korean people.

They referred to the deep trust and great expectation of the world progressives towards the WPK advancing under the uplifted banner of independence against imperialism.
