Pyongyang, October 1 (KCNA) -- A lecture and a reading session were held in Guinea and a Korean book and photo exhibition in Italy between Sept. 10 and 23 on the occasion of the 63rd anniversary of the Workers' Party of Korea.
On display in the exhibition hall were famous works of President Kim Il Sung and leader Kim Jong Il, photos showing their revolutionary exploits and books and photos introducing the Korean people.
Riyad Chaloub, chief of the Guinean Group for the Study of February 16 Art, said in the lecture titled "The Invincible Workers' Party of Korea" that after its birth the WPK has always covered the road of victory and glory without any deflection or turns and twists as it is guided only by the Juche idea.
Camano Vitor, chairman of the Group for the Study of the Juche Idea in Conakry, Guinea, said at the reading session that the socialist ideological position of the DPRK has been further consolidated under the outstanding Songun leadership of Kim Jong Il and that only victory and glory are always in store for the WPK firmly holding fast to ideology.
The international secretary of the Communist Party of Italy said that the exhibition provided an opportunity to know better about the WPK and the Korean people rallied as one in mind around Kim Jong Il. And he hoped that the Korean people would make greater successes in their efforts to build a great prosperous powerful nation and achieve the independent and peaceful reunification of the country.
