Projected Transfer of U.S. 8th Army Command to Hawaii Termed Hypocritical
Pyongyang, June 29 (KCNA) -- The U.S. and the south Korean warlike forces are reportedly contemplating transferring the U.S. 8th Army Command in Ryongsan, Seoul to Hawaii.
A spokesman for the Korean National Peace Committee in a statement on June 28 dismissed this as a charade to mislead the public opinion at home and abroad strongly demanding the withdrawal of the U.S. forces from south Korea.
The ulterior aim sought by the U.S. through this is to keep the main combat forces under the U.S. 8th Army Command in south Korea as they are while creating the impression that it would be transferred to Hawaii, and bolster them as a "rapid task force" equipped with the latest nuclear war means, the statement said, and went on:
Another aim sought by the U.S. is to adjust from a new angle the operational command system in such a way as to make its military intervention smoother in case it provokes another Korean war.
When the U.S. scenario becomes a reality, the U.S. 8th Army will be completely converted into a task force performing military operational duties on the Korean Peninsula and in the rest of Northeast Asia, escalating the danger of war in the region.
The reality clearly proves that the projected transfer of the said command is nothing but a move to reorganize the aggression troops for the sinister purpose of tightening the U.S. military domination over south Korea and escalating the actions to provoke a war of aggression against the DPRK and, furthermore, holding military hegemony in Northeast Asia.
It is a day-dream for the U.S. to try to invade and dominate other countries and nations today when struggling for independence and peace has become a trend of the times.
The U.S. would be well advised not to stage the charade of transferring the above-said command but immediately pull out of south Korea taking with it all the aggression troops and war hardware.
S. Korean Puppet Military's Anti-DPRK "Human Rights" Racket Blasted
Pyongyang, June 28 (KCNA) -- A military commentator's article titled "'Human rights racket' kicked up by the south Korean puppet military bound to meet stern judgment by KPA" was made public.
Referring to the south Korean puppet military's frantic moves to incite confrontation with the DPRK, the article says:
From early June the puppet military let media give publicity to the anti-DPRK rubbish let loose by human scum who have been thrown into the dumping ground of the south Korean society for having turned their backs on the country and the nation. It even went the lengths of orchestrating a series of "concerts and plays" based on the fictions about "human rights issues" in the DPRK and letting so-called artistes tour different places to perform them.
Traitor Lee Myung Bak called for setting right the "security" awareness and the "view on principal enemy" of the servicepersons of the puppet army and ordinary people that were obscured over the past decade and saying what should be done about the north's "human rights" performance. The puppet defense ministry does not hide that the aim of the performance tour is to instill hostility toward the DPRK into them, as intended by Lee.
Involved in the fresh anti-DPRK "human rights" racket that kicked off with the performance tour are evil agents for a psychological warfare and "TI and E" officers of the puppet military, bribed "artistes" and other riff-raffs.
It is a rare tragicomedy for the puppet military to go busy while taking the lead in kicking up the anti-DPRK "human rights" racket although it has left a shameful record in the nation's history for playing the role of an ill-famed shock brigade in abusing human rights. The above-said act cannot be construed otherwise than another grave political provocation against the DPRK.
The racket is a product of the stooge's blind submission and subservience to his U.S. master's policy and strategy for invading the DPRK.
As far as the U.S. imperialists' anti-DPRK "human rights" offensive is concerned, it is aimed at forcing us to accept their "human rights standards" in a bid to impose U.S.-style democracy and market economy system upon us and thus put the DPRK, independent and dignified, under their control like south Korea.
In other words, it is the strategic purpose of the U.S. imperialists' anti-DPRK "human rights" offensive to deprive the people of the DPRK of their sovereignty, their lifeline, and put everything in the DPRK under the U.S. control and lord it over as it pleases.
It is none other than the south Korean puppet military which plays the role of a shock brigade in carrying out such "human rights" offensive.
The DPRK has closely followed all acts of traitor Lee Myung Bak as he cried out for "handling someone's 'human rights' problem in cooperation with the international community from the universally accepted principle of value" and "saying what should be done out of affection" to please his master soon after he took office as puppet president.
It is preposterous for south Korea to talk about someone's "human rights" issue despite the fact that its sovereignty and military prerogative, the main symbol of "human rights", have been put at the mercy of the United States.
Worse still, the puppet military is making a hue and cry over the "human rights" issue though it has committed heinous crimes by persistently violating rights of the people. This cannot but be a shameless behavior.
In league with the U.S. imperialist aggressors, the mastermind of the vicious "human rights" offensive, the puppet military dare do harm to the unique Korean-style socialist system centered on the popular masses. Its sinister "human rights" racket is no more than a deed as foolish as trying to cover the sun with palm.
It is also an unpardonable, treacherous and anti-reunification act intended to negate the historic June 15 joint declaration and the October 4 declaration, a program for its implementation, and do harm to the DPRK's sovereignty and its dignified system.
The anti-DPRK "human rights" racket the puppet military are kicking up through the performance of such poor "concerts and plays" based on sheer lies only betrays their wicked intention to undermine the DPRK's sovereignty, the main symbol of human rights and the life and soul of the people, and its socialist system centered on the popular masses providing sure guarantee for it, by employing any means and method.
Such behavior, a clear denial to the historic declarations in which both sides agreed to respect each other's ideology and system and stop slandering each other and inciting hostility, cannot be construed otherwise than a deliberate treacherous act to incite division and confrontation among the fellow countrymen instead of seeking national reconciliation and unity.
It is also a vicious offensive staged in advance to ideologically and morally disintegrate the army and people of the DPRK and aggravate the confrontation and tension between the north and the south in a bid to ignite a new war, pursuant to the U.S. imperialists' policy and strategy for a war of aggression.
The army and the people of the DPRK scathingly denounce the anti-DPRK "human rights" campaign frantically conducted by traitor Lee Myung Bak and the puppet military by using despicable human scum as an unpardonable act of treachery quite contrary to the trend of the nation's history towards the north-south development and peace and prosperity.
It is the national sovereignty and independence that should never be violated in any case but protected as one's life and soul. The revolutionary armed forces of the DPRK regarding this as an unshakable principle will never pardon such deed of the puppet military.
Traitor Lee and the puppet military should not be mistaken.
Nothing is more foolish than finding fault with socialism in the DPRK based on maxim of believing in people as in Heaven, the society where the Juche idea has been embodied in all fields and genuine human rights are guaranteed.
Lee and the puppet military should properly understand the desire of the nation and the trend of the times and stop at once their anti-DPRK "human rights" racket.
The action taken by the Lee group to import beef from American cattle infected with mad cow disease so infuriated the people that they were thrown into the danger of being burned by their candlelight. But the anti-DPRK "human rights" racket kicked up by them, pursuant to the U.S. policy, will force them to face a more stern judgement by the army.

Pyongyang, June 29 (KCNA) -- Kim Yong Nam, president of the Presidium of the DPRK Supreme People's Assembly, on June 27 sent a message of greetings to Joseph Kabila, President of the Democratic Republic of Congo, on the occasion of the 48th anniversary of the independence of the country.
Expressing the belief that the traditional relations of friendship and cooperation between the two countries would grow stronger, Kim in the message wished peace and prosperity to Democratic Congo.
Sports Contest Closes
Chongjin, June 28 (KCNA) -- The sports contest among provinces in the DPRK, which opened on June 9, came to a close with due ceremony in Chongjin on June 28.
Participated in the contest were over 1,200 men and women players selected from different provinces.
In the contest North Hamgyong Province won in the men's and women's football, the men's and women's track-and-field, the men's basketball and the women's weightlifting events, coming first in the total standing.
White Tiger and Lion Give Birth to Tigerlings and Lionets at Central Zoo
Pyongyang, June 28 (KCNA) -- A white tiger and a lion, gifts, gave birth to tigerlings and lionets in the Central Zoo.
The number of the members of the "families" of the white tiger and lion has increased year after year since they found their sanctuary in the zoo thanks to the profound reverence of overseas compatriots for Kim Jong Il.
The white tiger rare to be found in the world at present gave birth to two males and two females on May 28.
The birth of four tigerlings at a time is regarded as a rare case.
The new-born males are covered with white fur, their bodies found almost without brown stripes. This is something different from the tigerlings born in the past.
The white tiger has so far given birth to ten tigerlings since he found his sanctuary in the zoo in Juche 93 (2004).

S. Korean Puppet Air Force to Take Part in U.S.-led Joint Air Exercise
Pyongyang, June 28 (KCNA) -- The south Korean puppet warmongers are contemplating their air force's participation in the war exercise to be held in the United States under the pretext of "tightening the alliance".
The puppet air force is planning to take part in the U.S.-led "Red Flag" joint air military exercise to be staged in an air force base in the Nevada State between August 9 and 23.
The warmongers said that they would let pilots, maintenance and other support personnel of the puppet air force participate in the exercise.
Moreover, they added that they would directly take over six "F-15K"s from the U.S. side on the spot which will be involved in the war exercise.
The above-said joint military exercise will be the largest-ever joint air military exercise which will also bring together Japan and other followers of the U.S. in the Asian-Pacific and member nations of the NATO.

Conservative Media's False Report Denounced in S. Korea
Pyongyang, June 29 (KCNA) -- The People's Measure Council against the Total Opening of south Korean Markets to American Beef, the People's Solidarity for Democratic Press Movement and the Trade Union of Men of the Press in south Korea called a press conference outside the Chosun Ilbo in Seoul on June 25 to denounce the conservative media for false reports.
At the conference speakers noted that Chosun Ilbo made a false report of the case in which a woman was outraged by conservatives on June 23 when she was staging a one-man demonstration for the defense of public broadcasting services.
They also charged that this newspaper described the participants in the candlelight rallies against the above-said violence as "rioters."
Political terrorism by the "government" and conservative media is now rampant in south Korea, they pointed out, urged the Chosun Ilbo not to mislead public opinion.
Scheme for Arms Buildup Assailed in S. Korea
Pyongyang, June 29 (KCNA) -- The People for Achieving Peace and Reunification in south Korea held the 80th rally for peace and disarmament in Seoul on June 24.
At the rally speakers recalled the fact that the puppet military authorities discussed on the matter of purchasing the U.S.-made weapons at the session of the panel of cooperation in defense industry of the south Korea-U.S. "annual security consultative meeting" held from June 9 to 15.
Read out at the rally was a questionnaire related to the introduction of war equipment to the "government" authorities.
The questionnaire referred to the fact that the Lee Myung Bak group agreed at the recent meeting of the committee for promoting defense project to purchase F-15ks and several hundred air-to-ground cruise missiles of the latest style to be loaded into them from the U.S. between 2010 and 2011.
The introduction of such weapons is aimed to support the U.S. forces in south Korea in realizing their "strategic flexibility" and round off the preparations for preemptive attack on the DPRK, it pointed out.
The questionnaire terms these moves for arms buildup an anti-reunification and treacherous act as they pose a threat to peace on the Korean Peninsula and scuttle the June 15 joint declaration and the October 4 declaration.
Ceaseless Candlelight Actions in S. Korea
Pyongyang, June 29 (KCNA) -- The people from all walks of life in south Korea staged a candlelight struggle on June 27 in Seoul, protesting the Lee Myung Bak group's enforcement of "official instructions" on the hygienic conditions for the American beef import and demanding the total renegotiations on it.
The struggle was participated in by members of various civic and public organizations and citizens, more than 30,000 in all, and joined by lawmakers from opposition parties.
Speeches were made at the 51st candlelight rally held in front of the Kyongbok Palace. Among the speakers was O Chang Ik, former member of the "human rights committee" of the Police Office and secretary general of the Citizens Solidarity for Human Rights, who turned out in the venue of the struggle just after resigning his post in protest against the police's brutal crackdown upon the candlelight actions.
The speakers charged that the "government" authorities are shifting the blame for the crisis on to the people though it can be tided over if Lee Myung Bak and the chief of the Police Office step down.
The lawmakers held that total renegotiations are the only way for protecting the people's lives and their health sovereignty.
After the rally the participants staged a demonstration.
Meanwhile, the security authorities massively deployed more than 15,000 policemen before the start of the said rally, creating a terror-ridden crackdown atmosphere that day.
The struggle went on till the morning of June 28.
Struggle against American Beef Import Goes on in S. Korea
Pyongyang, June 29 (KCNA) -- Unionists of the south Korean Confederation of Trade Unions on June 27 continued the struggles against the carrying out of American beef in front of the cold storages in different parts of south Korea where American beef is kept, according to south Korean MBC.
They controlled the traffic of vehicles to keep them from carrying out American beef from the storages.
Unionists in Kyonggi Province held rallies in front of 12 cold storages in the province and waged demonstrations in demand of the opening to the public of the course of quarantine.
In Pusan Port, too, a fierce struggle for blockading the wharf was staged to check the carrying out of beef.
On the same day, members of civic organizations staged a protest struggle in front of the South Chungchong provincial branch of the "Agricultural Products Quality Control Administration," checking the minister of Agriculture, Forestry, Fisheries and Foodstuff from attending a social gathering on the American beef import.
Issue of American Beef Import Referred to Trial in S. Korea
Pyongyang, June 29 (KCNA) -- The issue of the American beef import was officially referred to a trial on June 27 after a lawsuit against it was brought by at least 90,000 people from different strata and opposition parties in south Korea, according to south Korean KBS.
After all, the "Constitutional Court" organized a court bench involving all judges and got down to the full-scale deliberation on such questions as "Can the issue related to the population's basic rights be settled by official instructions of a minister, not by law."
Saying that it is the view of law experts that the court bench will possibly give a decision of violation of constitution to the "official instructions" on the beef import, the KBS indicated that if such decision is made, the "official instructions" will be declared invalid and the government will have to push ahead with institution of relevant laws.
General Strike Launched in S. Korea
Pyongyang, June 28 (KCNA) -- The south Korean Confederation of Trade Unions went on a general strike on June 26 in protest against the Lee Myung Bak group's enforcement of "official instructions" related to the hygienic conditions for beef import from the U.S.
Its inaugural ceremony took place in front of the Taeha Gate in Thaephyong Street in Seoul.
At the ceremony the organization declared that the struggle of KCTU to protect the people's right to health and punish the Lee Myung Bak "government" for its self-righteous actions would go on till it conducts renegotiations on the American beef import.
It said that the flag held aloft by it represents the will of the workers to fight against such unpopular policies of the "government" as the issue of the American beef import as well as "great canal project" and the move to privatize public domains.
The organization stated that it would force Lee Myung Bak to kneel before the people through the general strike.
It declared that with the ceremony as a starting point regional trade unions under it would simultaneously hold meetings and join in the candlelight struggle across south Korea till June 29 and intensify the struggle by staging large-scale protests in Seoul on July 4 and 5.
S. Korean Students Vow to Take Lead in Struggle against Beef Import
Pyongyang, June 28 (KCNA) -- The Student Committee for Measures against Total Opening of south Korean Markets to American Beef grouping 48 university student councils and 24 student organizations in south Korea called a press conference around "Chongwadae" on June 24.
Speakers at the conference said that the "government" much publicized the additional negotiations on the import of American beef provided a "double and triple safety mechanism" and the like, but they failed to settle anything in reality.
Declaring that this is little short of the "government's" abandonment of renegotiations, they termed additional negotiations an additional charade.

Candlelight Struggle Held in Seoul
Pyongyang, June 28 (KCNA) -- More than 50,000 south Korean people from all walks of life, angered at the enforcement of the "official instructions" concerning the hygienic conditions for American beef import by traitor Lee Myung Bak, waged a fierce candlelight struggle in Seoul from the evening of June 26 to the dawn of 27.
The 50th candlelight rally was held in Thaephyong Street in the plaza of the Seoul City Office.
Pak Won Sok, room chief of the People's Measure Council against the Total Opening of south Korean Markets to American Beef, said that "Lee's 'government' can no longer be pardoned. Lee may make friends with the U.S. but he made the people his enemy", appealing to a million of people to rise up again with candlelight on July 5 to judge the "government" of Lee.
Chairman of the south Korean Confederation of Trade Unions Ri Sok Haeng declared the 800,000 union members would dynamically struggle until Lee kneels down in front of them.
He stressed that the KCTU would declare July as a "month of workers' great resistance" and join the people in their fierce struggle.
Choe Jin Mi, executive chairwomen of the Women's Solidarity of south Korea, said that women would take the lead in the struggle not to allow American beef to be put on their dining tables.
At the end of the rally, its participants staged a demonstration toward "Chongwadae".
It was followed by a sit-in strike. "National assemblymen" from the Democratic Party for Unity joined the strike.
Lee Myung Bak Group's Reckless Action Denounced
Pyongyang, June 28 (KCNA) -- The South Headquarters of the National Alliance for the Country's Reunification (Pomminryon), the Solidarity for Implementing the South-North Joint Declaration and the Youth and Students Solidarity for Implementing the June 15 Joint Declaration in statements on June 26 denounced the Lee Myung Bak group for their reckless start to enforce the "official instructions" concerning the hygienic conditions for American beef import.
The South Headquarters of Pomminryon issued a statement titled "We denounce the 'official instructions' enforced by the Lee Myung Bak regime" condemning the Lee group for reneging overnight on their promise that "'official instructions' will be postponed till the people's worry is wiped out" in the wake of a deceptive additional negotiations.
Noting that the action taken by the Lee regime to import American beef fraught with the danger, threatening the people's lives, is nothing but a sycophancy and submission to the U.S., the organization warned that the Lee regime and the Grand National Party of south Korea hell-bent on sycophancy towards the U.S. and dictatorial suppression are bound to face a stern judgement by the angry people.
The Solidarity for Implementing the South-North Joint Declaration in a statement said that though citizens staged a candlelight struggle against the enforcement of the "official instructions", sitting up all night, the "government" was hell-bent on brutally cracking down upon the protesters, firing water cannons and wielding shields, far from paying heed to the people's voices.
No matter how wild the Lee group may run, they can never overpower the people, the statement warned, declaring that the solidarity would join all people in struggling to the last to seek complete renegotiations on beef import and judge the Lee regime.
The Youth and Students Solidarity for Implementing the June 15 Joint Declaration in a statement declared that Lee enforced in haste the "official instructions" defying the unanimous opposition of the people and the legal procedures, prompted by his inveterate disposition of kowtowing to the U.S.
There can be no compromise with the traitorous regime any longer, the statement urged, calling for staging all-people candlelight resistance across south Korea and thereby carrying on the stubborn struggle till the people wrest a declaration of surrender from the Lee regime.
Kim Il Sung's Reminiscences Published in Cambodia
Pyongyang, June 29 (KCNA) -- Vol. 3 of Part 1 the Anti-Japanese Revolution of President Kim Il Sung's reminiscences "With the Century" was published by the Antri Miek Publishing House in Cambodia.
The book deals with the facts that in the period from February Juche 22 (1933) to February Juche 24 (1935) guerrilla bases were built in different parts of east Manchuria, China and a united front with the Chinese nationalist anti-Japanese units established. It also tells about the course of the first expedition to north Manchuria and other stories
A ceremony of releasing the book was held on June 23 at the publishing house.
Anniversary of Kim Il Sung's Demise Commemorated in Mexico
Pyongyang, June 29 (KCNA) -- The Mexican Institute for the Study of the Juche Idea released the 20th issue of its bulletin on the occasion of the 14th anniversary of the demise of President Kim Il Sung.

Atemorizada por la lucha masiva de los habitantes surcoreanos, la banda de Lee Myung Bak trata de calmar la colera de la poblacion ofreciendo una "rueda de prensa extraordinaria", ejecutando la sustitucion del personal y realizando las negociaciones adicionales para la importacion de la carne de res.
Tambien, habla ruidosamente de las "medidas relativas a la economia y la vida del pueblo" y de "admitir la demanda del sector laboral" y azuza a las entidades conservadoras ultraderechistas a armar bulla callejera de estorbo a manifestacion con velas encendidas de los habitantes de distintos sectores.
Ademas, desata amplia divulgacion sobre la degeneracion de la naturaleza de la manifestacion con velas" por conducto de los medios de prensa conservadores y lanza a un gran numero de policias a reprimir a los manifestantes.
Las negociaciones adicionales con EE.UU. que la banda de Lee entablo atemorizada por la protesta masiva de distintos sectores del Sur de Corea no pasan de ser un conciliabulo humillante y enganoso de segunda edicion que no se difiere nada esencialmente de la primera.
El traidor Lee engana y burla a los habitantes valiendose de aquel metodo con que en la Resistencia Popular de Junio de hace ahora mas de 20 anos los dictadores militares se apoderaron del fruto de la democratizacion con la farsa "declaracion del 29 de junio".
Lee debe conocer claramente que hoy es irrealizable su intento de enganar la opinion publica y desviar la atencion interna y externa con tal metodo caduco.
La lucha con velas de los habitantes surcoreanos es en su esencia una severa sentencia a la politica hacia EE.UU. de la banda de Lee que es tan humillante, traidora y servil a las grandes potencias.
La "deterioracion de la naturaleza de la manifestacion con velas prendidas" de que habla esa banda de traidores deviene un insulto, amenaza y chantaje a la opinion publica.
La artimana enganosa y la represion fascista son incapaces de detener la lucha de la poblacion surcoreana por la vida independiente.
Los habitantes surcoreanos deben avivar mas las llamas de la resistencia rechazando resueltamente la seduccion, el engano y chantaje de la banda de Lee para recibir la rendicion final de la banda traidora.
La banda de Lee, bien consciente de que a quienes que nadan contra la aspiracion del pueblo y la corriente de la epoca les tocara solo la vergonzosa derrota, debe aceptar incondicionalmente la unanime demanda de los surcoreanos.
Campana de "DDHH" anti-RPDC sera castigada por fuerzas armadas
Pyongyang, 28 de junio (ATCC) -- Quedo publicado el articulo de un comentarista militar intitulado "Campana de del circulo militar surcoreano sera castigada severamente por las fuerzas armadas".
El circulo militar titere del Sur de Corea sigue intensificando sus maniobras conflictivas con la Republica Popular Democratica de Corea, senala el articulo y continua:
Desde principios de junio, el circulo militar titere del Sur de Corea esta publicando a traves de los medios de prensa los chismes anti-RPDC de los tipejos que se fugaron al basurero de la sociedad surcoreana traicionando al pais y la nacion.
De mal en peor, invento varios "dramas musicales" basados en esos chismes cuestionando el "problema de DDHH" de la RPDC y organiza puerilmente la gira de estas piezas.
El Ministerio de Defensa del Sur de Corea admite que esa gira tiene por su objetivo rectificar la conciencia de "seguridad" y la "concepcion del enemigo principal" de los oficiales y soldados del ejercito titere y los habitantes, que se vieron aflojadas durante los ultimos 10 anos, y fomentar la hostilidad anti-RPDC segun el disparate del traidor Lee Myung Bak de "hay que cuestionar lo que debe ser cuestionado de la situacion de DDHH del Norte de Corea".
En esta campana de "DDHH" anti-RPDC, comenzada por esa gira, estan movilizados los connotados agentes especialistas en la guerra psicologica y los oficiales "instructores politicos" del ejercito titere surcoreano, los "artistas" pagados y otros fulanos y menganos.
Es una tragicomedia rara de este mundo y otra grave provocacion politica contra la RPDC el hecho de que al frente de esa campana esta el circulo militar titere surcoreano que dejo huellas vergonzosas en la historia nacional sirviendo de la connotada brigada de choque en la violacion de DDHH.
Esa "campana" anti-RPDC es el producto de la sumision y adhesion ciegas de los lacayos surcoreanos a la politica y la estrategia de agresion a Corea de su amo gringo.
La ofensiva anticoreana en la misma materia lanzada por los imperialistas norteamericanos persigue el siniestro intento de transformar como el Sur de Corea a la RPDC, prestigiosa por su caracter independiente, al imponerle la democracia y la economia del mercado al estilo de EE.UU. aplicando la pauta de "DDHH" fijada por si mismos.
Es decir, la meta estrategica de esa ofensiva reside en privar a la RPDC de la soberania, que significa a esta su vida, y dominar y controlar a su antojo todas las cosas del territorio patrio.
Al frente de esa ofensiva esta el circulo militar titere surcoreano.
Hemos vigilado agudamente todos las acciones del traidor Lee desde que tan pronto como ocupara la "presidencia", el comenzo a soltar disparates para congraciarse con su amo, tales como "tratar el problema de derechos humanos de alguien en cooperacion con la sociedad internacional y en el principio del valor universal de la humanidad" y "decir lo que debe decir con carino".
Es una cosa muy absurda que el que habla de "DDHH" de alguien fue privado de su soberania y mando militar a EE.UU., que son el indice principal de "DDHH".
Para colmo, resulta un acto descarado el que la capa militar titere, que ha venido acumulando crimenes ensangrentados con la cruel represion a los derechos humanos, haya armado el alboroto cuestionando este tema de otros.
La sucia campana de la capa militar titere, que en contubernio con los invasores yanquis, precursoras de la siniestra ofensiva de "DDHH", intenta censurar el regimen socialista a nuestro estilo centrado en las masas populares, el unico en este mundo, no pasa de ser una locura igual a tratar de cubrir el sol con la palma de la mano.
El alboroto de "DDHH" contra la RPDC deviene el intolerable proceder antinacional y anti-reunificacion enderezado a negar la historica Declaracion Conjunta del 15 de Junio y la Declaracion del 4 de Octubre, programa practico para la implementacion de la primera, y desacreditar la soberania y el prestigioso sistema de aquella.
Esa campana anti-RPDC, que incluye hasta la gira de "dramas musicales" inventados con temas no apegados a la realidad, parte de la perversa ambicion de eliminar por todos los medios y metodos la soberania, indice principal de los derechos humanos y la vida de nuestro pueblo, y el regimen socialista al estilo coreano centrado en las masas populares, que la garantiza ferreamente.
Este hecho deviene la negacion clara a las declaraciones historicas Norte-Sur, que estipularon respetar la idea y el sistema de la contraparte e interrumpir la censura reciproca y el fomento de la hostilidad.
Por lo tanto, no merece otro calificativo sino de intencional acto antinacional para promover la division y la confrontacion en lugar de la reconciliacion y unidad nacionales.
La campana en cuestion deviene la perversa ofensiva preliminar para desatar la nueva guerra tras desintegrar en lo ideo-espiritual a nuestro ejercito y pueblo y agudizar el enfrentamiento y la tension entre el Norte y el Sur segun la politica y estrategia de la guerra de agresion de los imperialistas norteamericanos.
El ejercito y el pueblo de la RPDC condenan categoricamente esa frenetica campana, que libran el traidor Lee Myung Bak y la capa militar titere movilizando a basuras humanas, calificandola de imperdonable acto vendepatria y antinacional que contraviene a la corriente de la historia nacional hacia el desarrollo de las relaciones Norte-Sur, la paz y la prosperidad.
Nuestras fuerzas armadas revolucionarias, que toman como su principio inviolable el que los derechos estatales no deben ser violados en ningun caso y la soberania nacional debe ser defendida como la vida, no toleraran ni en lo minimo ese alboroto de "derechos humanos" contra la RPDC.
El traidor Lee y la capa militar titere no deben equivocarse.
No habra otra estupidez mas grande que censurar de una u otra manera nuestra sociedad socialista basada en el ideario de "Iminwichon" que significa considerar al pueblo como el cielo, donde se materializa globalmente la idea Juche y se garantizan los autenticos derechos humanos.
Ellos deben darse clara cuenta de la demanda de la nacion y la aspiracion de la epoca y poner fin de inmediato al alboroto de "derechos humanos" contra la RPDC.
Si la voluntad de la poblacion surcoreana, irritada por la medida de importacion forzada de la carne de res norteamericana puso a la banda de Lee Myung Bak en el cadalso para la quema de velas, el alboroto de "derechos humanos" anti-RPDC sera castigado severamente por nuestras fuerzas armadas.
Si la capa militar titere del Sur de Corea no para esa campana pese a nuestra advertencia, nuestras fuerzas armadas revolucionarias, que se hallan en la primera linea de la defensa de la soberania, pasaran a la implacable accion correspondiente.
Nuestros fusiles no conocen la misericordia.
Nacen criaturas de tigre y leon en Parque Zoologico Nacional
Pyongyang, 28 de junio (ATCC) -- Crecen cada ano mas los familiares de la tigresa blanca y la leona, que asentan en el Parque Zoologico Nacional luego de ser regaladas al Dirigente Kim Jong Il por los compatriotas en ultramar que veneran y respetan mucho a este General Insigne del Songun (priorizacion militar).
La tigresa blanca, animal raro a escala mundial, pario el pasado 28 de mayo dos hembras e igual numero de machos.
Muy raras veces la tigresa pare 4 criaturas de una vez.
A diferencia de los anteriores, los machos recien nacidos estan cubiertos del pelo blanco y casi no tienen raya parda en su cuerpo.
Esta fiera pario 10 cachorros hasta ahora desde que se anido en el parque zoologico en el 93 (2004) de la Era Juche.
Con anterioridad, la leona, que comenzo a vivir en el mismo lugar desde el primer ano del nuevo siglo, volvio a parir una hembra y un macho, con los cuales se totalizan en mas de 10 los familiares de este animal.
Los leoncitos, que pesaban 1 kilogramo y pico al nacer, ahora, o sea, un mes despues, pesan mas de 3 kilogramos.
Ahora los tigrecitos y los leoncitos se llevan muy bien en la misma jaula.
