Kim Jong Il Inspects KPA Unit
Pyongyang, June 10 (KCNA) -- General Secretary Kim Jong Il inspected KPA Unit 958.
He looked round the room devoted to the history of the unit, conducted by its commander.
He highly appreciated the fighting spirit with which the servicepersons of the unit unfailingly carried out any difficult task assigned to it by the party, noting that the heroic feats performed by it are also included in the glorious combat feats performed by the People's Army.
He dropped in at an operation commanding room to learn about the unit's performance of guard duty and the training at it.
He expressed satisfaction over the fact that all commanding officers and soldiers are carrying out their combat duties in a responsible manner with a high degree of revolutionary vigilance and have prepared themselves as a-match-for-a hundred fighters by focusing all efforts on the training. He advanced the tasks to be fulfilled by the unit to increase the combat capability in every way.
He acquainted himself with the political work conducted among the soldiers, making the rounds of a soldiers' hall, a library and other cultural and educational facilities.
He praised the unit for having built good cultural and educational facilities and conducted effective education by use of them to train soldiers into such immortal human bombs as heroes Ri Su Bok and Kil Yong Jo.
Underlying the highest dignity and honor, invincible spirit and might which the KPA has fully demonstrated to the world and its undying feats and military merits are the distinguished idea and mental power of its servicepersons, he said, noting that to give definite priority to the ideological work provides a sure guarantee for displaying the capability to win victory after victory.
He walked round the well built supply service facilities. He praised the unit for assiduously managing its economic life, saying that everything is kept neat and tidy.
After inspecting the command, he mounted the forward commanding post of the unit to acquaint himself with terrain conditions and the deployment of forces. Being informed of the situation by the commander of the unit, he underscored the need to firmly defend with arms the gains of the revolution won by our people at the cost of their blood.
Then he inspected a company of the unit.
He watched its servicepersons in firepower training and took deep care of the living of the soldiers, going round an education room, a bedroom, a mess hall, a bath-cum-wash house and other cultural and supply service facilities.
He had a photo session with the servicepersons of the unit.
He was accompanied by KPA Generals Hyon Chol Hae and Ri Myong Su.
Kim Jong Il Enjoys Performance Given by Art Groups of Servicemen's Families
Pyongyang, June 10 (KCNA) -- General Secretary Kim Jong Il enjoyed a performance given by art groups of families of servicemen of various KPA units that participated in the first contest of the second term among art groups of families of KPA servicemen.
The members of the art groups staged song and story-telling "His loving care is ever-lasting", short drama "On the way to greet him ", janggu ensemble and story-telling "Our nation is best", short play "Let's make it simple," story-telling and singing "We will live like fighters" and other narrative pieces of diverse genres.

DPRK Opposes All Forms of Terrorism and Any Support to It
Pyongyang, June 10 (KCNA) -- The DPRK Ministry of Foreign Affairs issued a statement on June 10.
The statement says:
The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the DPRK is authorized by its government to state as follows:
Frequent terrorist acts being perpetrated in different parts of the world seriously threaten human lives, social stability and international peace and security.
The international community is becoming increasingly vocal, expressing indignation at these acts and denouncing them and calling for closer cooperation among countries in the struggle against terrorism.
The DPRK government has consistently maintained the stand to resolutely oppose all forms of terrorism and any support to it, guided by the man-centered Juche idea and the idea of its foreign policy-- independence, peace and friendship.
It clarified that it would cooperate with Russia in the struggle against organized crimes and international terrorism in the July 19, 2000, DPRK-Russia Joint Declaration and the August 4, 2001, DPRK-Russia Moscow Declaration. It also declared that it would support and encourage international efforts to combat terrorism in the October 6, 2000, DPRK-U.S. Joint Statement and the October 12, 2000, DPRK-U.S. Joint Communique.
The DPRK government repeatedly clarified its firm stand to oppose terrorism whenever there occurred such grave terrorist acts as bomb attacks on the American embassies in Tanzania and Kenya in August 1998, the September 11 incident in the U.S. in 2001, the bomb attack in Bali, Indonesia in October 2002 and the bomb explosion in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia in May 2003.
The positive stand of the DPRK to combat terrorism can find its expression in the fact that it has kept steps with the international efforts to fight terrorism in practice.
The following facts can be served as typical examples of this: The DPRK supported anti-terrorism measures taken by the UN forums including the adoption of the UNGA Resolution on Measures to Eliminate Terrorism on December 12, 2000 and the UN Global Counter-Terrorism Strategy on September 8, 2006 and the implementation of the UNSC Resolution 1373 on September 28, 2001. It took the initiative of acceding to international conventions on combating terrorism such as the International Convention against the Taking of Hostages and the Convention on the Prevention and Punishment of Crimes against Internationally Protected Persons including Diplomatic Agents in November and December 2001.
The DPRK on March 31, 2004 reported to the committee organized according to the UNSC Resolution 1267 the fact that it has no relations with Taliban and Al-Qaeda or individuals, groups, businesses and organizations related to them and it has sincerely implemented the measures taken according to the resolution and other related resolutions.
When the DPRK ship "Taehongdan" was attacked by pirates in the sea off Somalia on October 30, 2007 its crew routed terrorists with the help and cooperation of U.S. forces. This became a symbol of the DPRK-U.S. cooperation in the fight against terrorism.
The DPRK fully supports the international community in its efforts to establish an international legal mechanism to combat terrorism and will actively cooperate with it in taking effective measures for it.
It will take active part in the international efforts to prevent substance, equipment and technology to be used for the production of nukes and biochemical and radioactive weapons from finding their ways to the terrorists and the organizations that support them and faithfully fulfill its duty in the field of non-proliferation as it committed itself in the statement of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs on October 3, 2006 and agreements made at the six-party talks.
Upon the authorization of the government, the DPRK Ministry of Foreign Affairs clarifies that the DPRK will firmly maintain its consistent stand of opposing all forms of terrorism and any support to it and fulfill its responsibility and duty in the struggle against terrorism as a dignified member of the United Nations, in the future, too.
S. Korean People's Struggle Supported
Pyongyang, June 10 (KCNA) -- A spokesman for the Central Committee of the Union of Agricultural Workers of Korea in a statement released on Tuesday expressed full support and solidarity with the south Korean people from all walks of life including peasants in their struggle for national sovereignty and right to existence against the outsiders' domination and subjugation and the treacherous acts of those forces keen on sycophancy toward the U.S.
The Lee Myung Bak group mobilized huge forces to indiscriminately crack down upon the people's struggle, blustering that "there can never be renegotiations on beef import" in utter disregard of the destiny of the people, the statement said, and went on:
This is an intolerable mockery and insult to the people's mind-set as it is a cynical ploy of the group to evade its responsibility for the criminal opening of south Korean market to American beef and the serious political crisis created by it.
The barbaric suppression of the just struggle of the south Koreans by the Lee Myung Bak group is a fascist suppression which put into the shade the bloody crackdown upon the people's struggle for independence, democracy and reunification which the military dictators committed by mobilizing airborne special unit and "Paekgoldan" in the past.
With neither cynical ploy nor barbaric suppression can they hold in check the south Koreans' massive resistance for independent new policy and new life.
The Lee group should unconditionally nullify the negotiations on American beef import and stop sycophancy toward the U.S. and the moves for confrontation with fellow countrymen, bearing deep in mind that only shameless destruction awaits those who turned their backs on the people, swimming against the trend of the times towards national independence.

Pyongyang, June 10 (KCNA) -- Kim Yong Nam, president of the Presidium of the DPRK Supreme People's Assembly, sent a message of greetings to Anibal Cavaco Silva, President of Portugal, Tuesday on the occasion of its national day.

Pyongyang, June 10 (KCNA) -- Pak Ui Chun, minister of Foreign Affairs of the DPRK, sent a congratulatory message to Mohamed Sabah Al Salem Al Sabah on his remaining in office of deputy Prime Minister and foreign minister of Kuwait.

Anniversary of Kim Jong Il's First Visit to China Marked
Pyongyang, June 10 (KCNA) -- The Central Committee of the Workers' Party of Korea Tuesday arranged a friendly meeting with staff members of the Chinese embassy here on the occasion of the 25th anniversary of General Secretary Kim Jong Il's historic first visit to China.
Present at the meeting on invitation were Chinese Ambassador Liu Xiaoming and staff members of his embassy.
Secretary Choe Thae Bok and Vice-Department Directors Pak Kyong Son and Kim Thae Jong of the WPK Central Committee and officials concerned were on hand.
The participants watched the Korean documentary film "Comrade Kim Jong Il, member of the Presidium of the Political Bureau and secretary of the Central Committee of the Workers' Party of Korea, Pays Visit to China".
Choe Thae Bok said in his speech at the meeting that the first visit to China paid by Kim Jong Il in June 1983 marked an epochal event in consolidating and developing the traditional DPRK-China friendship generation after generation.
The DPRK-China friendship provided by President Kim Il Sung and Chinese revolutionaries of elder generation is developing day by day under the deep care of the top leaders of the two parties, he noted.
Liu Xiaoming said in his speech that General Secretary Kim Jong Il visited China for the first time, had historic meetings with Deng Xiaoping and other leaders of China, further boosted the Sino-DPRK friendship and provided a firm foundation for the bilateral friendly and cooperative relations in the new century.

Sports Contest Opens
Chongjin, June 9 (KCNA) -- A sports contest among provinces in the DPRK was opened.
During the contest players will compete in football, basketball, field and track, marathon, table-tennis, boxing, weightlifting and judo events in different areas.
Its opening ceremony took place at Chongjin Stadium on June 9.
Present there were officials concerned, sportspersons and working people in the city.

Palestinian Embassy Officials Help Korean Farmers
Pyongyang, June 10 (KCNA) -- Palestinian Ambassador to the DPRK Mohammad Shahta Zarab and a staff member of his embassy visited the Korea-Palestine Friendship Oryu Co-op Farm in Sadong District, Pyongyang today to do work of friendship there.
After going round the mosaic depicting President Kim Il Sung talking with farmers, the monument to his field guidance and the buildings associated with the revolutionary activities of Mangyongdae family members, the guests helped farmers in weeding on a bean field.
During a break they enjoyed an art performance and talked to each other with farmers, deepening friendship.
They handed aid materials to the farm.
Revolutionary Soldier Spirit Is Supreme Expression of Working Class Consciousness
Pyongyang, June 10 (KCNA) -- The revolutionary soldier spirit pervades the Democratic People's Republic of Korea which is launching a general offensive to build a great, prosperous and powerful socialist country.
The noble spirit symbolic of the great Songun era is the supreme manifestation of the working class consciousness.
Because it is the revolutionary spirit which makes it possible to most strictly adhere to the class principle of the working class.
The working class consciousness reflects the demand and interest of the popular masses including the working class, and to firmly protect their demand and interest is none other than the working class principle.
The revolutionary soldier spirit is one representing the ideological and moral attitude of revolutionaries who keep to the working class principle without any slightest deviation.

Japan's "African Diplomacy" Ridiculed
Pyongyang, June 10 (KCNA) -- Japan recently sponsored the 4th International Conference on African Development to assure African countries of a lot of "economic aid." This is aimed at garnering support from those countries in a bid to get permanent membership of the United Nations Security Council at any cost.

True Colors of Lee Myung Bak "War Regime" Revealed
Pyongyang, June 10 (KCNA) -- The Lee Myung Bak group is joining with increased zeal the U.S. in its moves for Asian aggression as evidenced by its projected purchase of the Apache Longbows used by the U.S. army.

The U.S. and the south Korean puppets concluded the so-called "agreement on mutual assistance in munitions" which calls for supplying military materiel needed for carrying out a war of aggression against the north on June 8, 1988.
The U.S. has driven the puppets to confrontation with compatriots while earning money through the sale of second-hand military hardware to the south Korean warmongers under the above-said "agreement."
According to the promise made by Lee to let his troops act as a shock brigade for carrying out the war of aggression against the north, the U.S. had already decided to additionally sell F-15K fighters and export AIM-9X missile, an improved version of Side Winder missile, to south Korea. And the U.S. is now contemplating selling the above-said second-hand Apache Longbows to south Korea. The Lee group, feeling grateful for this, is set to purchase them with the money collected from the people as taxes. This has once again brought to light the true colors of the Lee Myung Bak "war regime" keen on confrontation with compatriots.
Lee is now making haste to join in the PSI and the missile shield which even his predecessors hesitated to do so.
As a matter of fact, the inter-Korean relations which had favorably developed since the publication of the June 15 joint declaration have rapidly deteriorated and the military tension and the danger of a nuclear war escalated on the Korean Peninsula since Lee's seizure of power.
It is a daydream for the U.S. to seek to realize its wild ambition for aggression by putting forward such guy as Lee Myung Bak forsaken by the nation. If the U.S. truly wishes "dialogue" and "peace," it should stop instigating the Lee group to confrontation with Koreans, scrap the alliance for a war against the DPRK and discontinue the reckless arms build-up and war exercises.
The Lee Myung Bak group had better behave itself, bearing deep in mind that flunkeyism towards the U.S. and confrontation with compatriots lead to self-destruction.
Anniversary of June Popular Resistance in S. Korea Observed
Pyongyang, June 10 (KCNA) -- Rodong Sinmun Tuesday dedicates a signed article to the 21st anniversary of the June popular resistance in south Korea.
The June popular resistance was a massive anti-U.S., anti-fascist popular resistance of the south Korean people aimed at putting an end to the U.S. imperialists' policy of colonial enslavement and the military fascist dictatorship of Chun Doo Hwan and Roh Tae Woo juntas, achieve independence and democracy in south Korea and realize national reunification, the article notes, and goes on:

Moves to Revise History Textbooks under Fire in S. Korea
Pyongyang, June 10 (KCNA) -- Thirteen organizations related to history and education in south Korea, including the History Institute, the Institute of National Studies and the Meeting of History Teachers, issued an open questionnaire addressed to the "government" authorities on June 5 as regards the plan of the Ministry of Education, Science and Technology to totally revise history textbooks.
The questionnaire recalled that the minister of Education, Science and Technology on May 14 expressed the intention to drastically revise the existing history textbooks, blustering that they have been described in a "leftist and deviated way."
There is a serious apprehension over the fact that the Lee Myung Bak "government" is now seeking to reflect in the textbooks the wrong outlook on history of the specified forces supporting it, the questionnaire pointed out.
It urged the "government" authorities to discharge the above-said minister for such moves.
U.S. Ambassador Urged to Leave S. Korea
Pyongyang, June 10 (KCNA) -- The Youth and Students Solidarity for Implementing the June 15 Joint Declaration in south Korea released a statement on June 5, denouncing the U.S. ambassador in Seoul for interfering in the internal affairs of south Korea and letting loose a spate of outbursts mocking at the sovereignty of people.
The statement charged that the ambassador has openly pressurized south Korea to open its market to U.S. beef, terming the people's struggle to defend the sovereignty for their existence an expression of their "ignorance of science."
Gone are the days when the U.S. violated the sovereignty of the south Korean people, openly interfering in their internal affairs, it said, urging the ambassador to stop shameless interference in the internal affairs of south Korea and immediately leave it.
Security Organ's Investigation into Educational Circle in S. Korea under Fire
Pyongyang, June 10 (KCNA) -- The Teachers Union of south Korea issued a statement on June 5 denouncing the authorities for conducting investigation into the educational circle and creating a situation reminiscent of the past era of dictatorship.
We no longer need the evil law dating back to the old era which brand the citizens holding candlelight as "violent elements" and those who gather at night as "lawbreakers" and the "government" and police that believe threat will help solve everything, the statement noted.
The increased frenzy of the "government" and police to bring back the past dictatorial policy would only invite derision, the statement said, urging the Lee Myung Bak "government" and police to apologize to the people for abridging the people's freedom of speech and action.
S. Korean Police Accused of Defending Conservatives' Violence
Pyongyang, June 10 (KCNA) -- The People's Measure Council against the Total Opening of South Korean Market to American Beef called a press conference in front of the Police Office on June 7 at which it accused the police of defending the violence of conservatives against participants in candlelight actions, south Korean KBS reported.
The above-said organization recalled that when members of the "Council of Performers of Special Duty," an evil conservative organization, resorted to violence against those citizens who turned out in the candlelight action on the night of June 6, riot police did not arrest the assaulters.
This amounted to the police's abandonment of its duty, the organization charged, demanding the chief of the Police Office make an apology to the people for the incident and sternly call the main culprit to account and punish the assailants.
Candlelight Actions Staged by Overseas Koreans
Pyongyang, June 10 (KCNA) -- Koreans residing in Europe and south Korean students studying there staged candlelight actions at the dawn of June 8 in protest against the Lee Myung Bak "government's" import of American beef, south Korean KBS reported.
That day at least 200 Koreans residing in Britain and south Korean students studying there held a candlelight rally outside the prime minister's official residence in London at which they strongly denounced the Lee Myung Bak group for brutally cracking down upon the citizens' peaceful candlelight demonstration by mobilizing water cannons and so on.
They demanded the retraction of the plan for totally importing American beef fraught with the danger of mad cow disease.

June 15 Joint Declaration Supported
Pyongyang, June 10 (KCNA) -- Indonesian figures released statements on the occasion of the 8th anniversary of the adoption of the June 15 North-South Joint Declaration.
Ristiyanto, acting general secretary of the National Guidance Council of the Vanguard Party of Indonesia, in a statement on June 4 expressed full support to the struggle of the Korean people for achieving reconciliation and unity and reunification under the banner of the June 15 joint declaration based on the spirit of "By our nation itself".
We strongly demand the present south Korean chief executive immediately retract the policy for confrontation with the DPRK and opt for the reconciliation and cooperation, he noted.
The chairman of the Indonesian Marine Transport Workers' Union in a statement on June 5 said that the adoption of the joint declaration ushered in a new era in which the north and the south of Korea are working hard to achieve independent reunification through reconciliation and cooperation and the June 15 era of reunification in which the movement for national reunification is advancing on the orbit of national independence.
He expressed belief that Korea's reunification, the cherished desire of the Koreans, is sure to come true when all Koreans in the north, the south and overseas preserve the spirit of "By our nation itself" and embody it.

Kim Jong Il inspecciona subunidad de Unidad No. 176 del EPC
Pyongyang, 10 de junio (ATCC) -- El Dirigente Kim Jong Il, Secretario General del Partido del Trabajo de Corea, Presidente del Comite de Defensa Nacional de la Republica Popular Democratica de Corea y Comandante Supremo del Ejercito Popular de Corea, inspecciono una subunidad de la Unidad No. 176 del EPC laureada con el titulo del Septimo Regimiento de O Jung Hup.
Le acompanaron los generales de ejercito del EPC, Hyon Chol Hae y Ri Myong Su.
Al recorrer la lapida de marca a la visita de orientacion del Presidente Kim Il Sung y la sala de educacion en la actividad historico-revolucionaria, el Comandante Supremo paso revista a los objetos y datos historicos, donde estan impregnadas las sagradas huellas del Presidente y recordo con profunda emocion aquellos inolvidables dias de la historia.
Esta subunidad crecio y se fortalecio como invencible fila combativa gracias a la sabia direccion y minuciosa atencion del Presidente, senalo.
Evaluo altamente los meritos de la unidad destacando que ella gano primero el titulo del Septimo Regimiento de O Jung Hup y tiene la tradicion de haber acatado siempre en la delantera la direccion del Songun (priorizacion militar) del PTC al servir de modelo para todo el ejercito en el entrenamiento politico-combativo y manifestar el heroismo masivo en todos los campos de construccion del socialismo.
Tras hacer conocimiento del estado de cumplimiento de la mision de la unidad, vio los ejercicios de los militares.
Se mostro satisfecho de que todos los uniformados se han formado como combatientes capaces de uno versus cien enemigos preparados firmemente en lo ideo-politico y en lo tecnico-militar, de modo que puedan aniquilar de un solo golpe a cualesquier enemigos poderosos y defender fidedignamente la patria socialista.
Luego presento las tareas para fortalecer la combatividad de la unidad.
Acto seguido, recorrio la sala de educacion, el dormitorio, el comedor, la cocina, el bano, el descansadero al aire libre y otros lugares atendiendo con afecto paternal la vida de los soldados.
Se puso muy contento de que la unidad acondiciono bien las instalaciones de cultura, educacion e intendencia materializando estrictamente el metodo de administracion de la unidad al estilo de la guerrilla antijaponesa y, en particular, de que los oficiales cuidan con amor fraternal la vida de los soldados.
Despues de elogiar los esfuerzos de los oficiales, el Comandante Supremo presencio la funcion artistica de los militares de una compania adscrita a la subunidad.
Dijo que todos los militares del EPC son los fuertes en la conviccion y la voluntad y los creadores de la noble y bella moralidad y del arte y cultura y subrayo que no hay en este mundo las fuerzas capaces de doblegar a estas filas selectas de acero que avanzan cantando en voz alta las canciones de lucha y fe.

RPDC rechaza todas formas de terrorismo y ayuda a este
Pyongyang, 10 de junio (ATCC) -- El Ministerio de Relaciones Exteriores de la Republica Popular Democratica de Corea hizo publica este martes la siguiente declaracion:
Por encargo del gobierno, el MINREX de la RPDC declara lo siguiente:
Los actos terroristas, que se reportan hoy con mucha frecuencia en distintas partes del mundo, perjudican seriamente la vida del ser humano, la estabilidad social, la paz y la seguridad internacionales.
La sociedad internacional alza su voz de ira y denuncia por el respecto y exhorta a estrechar la cooperacion entre los paises en la lucha antiterrorista.
Partiendo de la humano-centrica idea Juche y el ideal de la politica exterior basado en la independencia, la paz y la amistad, el gobierno de la RPDC vino manteniendo invariablemente su posicion de rechazar resueltamente el terrorismo de todo tipo y cualquier forma de apoyo a este.
Nuestro pais estipulo en la Declaracion Conjunta Corea-Rusia del 19 de julio de 2000 y en la Declaracion Corea-Rusia de Moscu del 4 de agosto de 2001, que cooperaria con este pais en la lucha contra el crimen organizado y el terrorismo internacional.
Igualmente, establecio en la Declaracion Conjunta RPDC-EE.UU. del 6 de octubre de 2000 y en el Comunicado Conjunto RPDC-EE.UU. del 12 de octubre de 2000 que apoyaria y estimularia los esfuerzos internacionales contra el terrorismo.
Cada vez que sucedio un grave caso terrorista, el gobierno de la RPDC manifesto reiteradamente su posicion de fuerte rechazo, a saber, a los ataques con explosivos contra las embajadas norteamericanas en Tanzania y Kenia acontecidos en agosto de 1998, a los atentados terroristas del 11 de septiembre de 2001 en EE.UU. y a los atentados dinamiteros desatados en Bali de Indonesia y en Riyadh de Arabia Saudita en octubre de 2002 y en mayo de 2003, respectivamente.
La activa posicion antiterrorista de nuestro pais tambien se constata en la coordinacion practica con los esfuerzos antiterroristas internacionales.
A citar ejemplos representativos, nuestro pais apoyo las medidas antiterroristas adoptadas en la ONU como la resolucion del 12 de diciembre de 2000 de la Asamblea General de la ONU sobre las medidas para eliminar el terrorismo, la aprobacion en el 8 de septiembre de 2006 de la "Estrategia antiterrorista global de la ONU" y la implementacion de la resolucion no. 1373 aprobada el 28 de septiembre de 2001 en el Consejo de Seguridad de la ONU.
Ademas, ingreso con iniciativa a los pactos internacionales antiterroristas como la "convencion internacional contra el secuestro de rehenes" y la "convencion sobre la prevencion y el castigo de los crimenes contra las personas protegidas internacionalmente incluyendo los diplomaticos" en noviembre y diciembre de 2001, respectivamente.
Nuestro pais informo al comite organizado segun la resolucion no. 1267 del Consejo de Seguridad de la ONU fechada 31 de marzo de 2004 que no tiene ninguna relacion con Taliban y Al-Qaeda ni con los individuos, grupos, empresas o entidades vinculados con estos y que ejecuta fielmente las medidas presentadas en la mencionada resolucion y las otras relacionadas.
Durante el asalto de los piratas contra el barco "Taehongdan" de nuestro pais surgido el 30 de octubre de 2007 en el mar cercano a Somalia, nuestros marineros repelieron a los terroristas con la ayuda y cooperacion de las tropas norteamericanas, lo cual devino el simbolo de la cooperacion RPDC-EE.UU. en la lucha antiterrorista.
Apoyamos totalmente que la sociedad internacional va estableciendo el sistema legal internacional contra el terrorismo y cooperaremos activamente en la adopcion de eficientes medidas para ello.
Ademas, tomaremos parte activa en los esfuerzos internacionales por evitar la caida en manos de los terroristas y las entidades ayudantes de las sustancias, instalaciones o tecnicas que pueden utilizarse en las armas nucleares, bioquimicas y radioactivas y cumpliremos sinceramente nuestro deber en materia de la no-proliferacion como lo prometido en la declaracion fechada 3 de octubre de 2006 del MINREX de la RPDC y en los acuerdos alcanzados en las conversaciones a 6 partes.
Autorizado por el gobierno, el MINREX de la RPDC aclara que en lo adelante tambien mantendra con firmeza la invariable posicion contra toda clase de terrorismo y cualquier apoyo a este y cumplira toda su responsabilidad y deber en la lucha antiterrorista como digno miembro de la ONU.
UTAC apoya lucha de habitantes surcoreanos
Pyongyang, 10 de junio (ATCC) -- En su declaracion publicada este martes, el portavoz del CC de la Union de Trabajadores Agricolas de Corea (UTAC) expreso total apoyo, respaldo y solidaridad a la valiente lucha masiva de los campesinos y otros habitantes surcoreanos de distintos sectores contra la dominacion y subyugacion de las fuerzas foraneas y los actos vendepatrias de las fuerzas proyanquis y serviles a grandes potencias y por la independencia y el derecho a la existencia de la nacion coreana.
La banda de Lee Myung Bak habla abiertamente que "no habra en ningun caso las renegociaciones sobre la importacion de la carne de res norteamericana" sin hacer caso al destino de la poblacion y para colmo, la reprime indiscriminadamente movilizando a colosales fuerzas armadas, senala el documento y continua:
Esto no es mas que una artimana para liberarse a toda costa de su responsabilidad de la criminal apertura del mercado a la carne de res de EE.UU. y salir de la seria crisis politica, siendo intolerable burla a la aspiracion de las masas populares.
Los brutales actos represivos de la banda de Lee contra la justa lucha de la poblacion surcoreana resultan una accion fascista, a la cual no se atrevieron ni los dictadores militares que en el pasado reprimieron a sangre y fuego la lucha de los habitantes por la independencia, la democracia y la reunificacion movilizando a las tropas especiales aerotransportadas y los pandilleros de "Paekgoldan".
Pero, la horda de Lee no podra frenar la resistencia masiva de los surcoreanos aspirantes a la nueva politica independiente y la nueva vida con ninguna artimana o represion barbara.
Ella debe saber quienes dan espaldas al pueblo navegando en contra de la corriente de la epoca actual hacia la independencia nacional terminan arruinandose de manera mas avergonzada.
Por lo tanto, debe invalidar incondicionalmente el resultado de las negociaciones sobre la importacion de ese producto ganadero y separarse de inmediato del servilismo a EE.UU. y de las maniobras de enfrentamiento fratricida.
Minju Joson denuncia nuevas medidas militares de Japon
Pyongyang, 10 de junio (ATCC) -- En estos dias, los reaccionarios japoneses toman las medidas de aumentar la facultad de mando del premier sobre las "fuerzas de autodefensa" y de reestructurar el Ministerio de Defensa, lo cual parte de la malsana intencion de acelerar so pretexto de la "seguridad" la conversion de Japon en una potencia militar para agredir a ultramar y dar el ataque preventivo contra otros paises.
Asi revela el periodico Minju Joson en un comentario individual del dia 10 y continua:
Realizar a toda costa la ambicion expansionista a ultramar por via militar es la invariable meta estrategica de las fuerzas militaristas japonesas.
Ellas enloquecidas por transformar a su pais en una potencia militar y el expansionismo a ultramar realizan todos los esfuerzos posibles por cambiar el sistema estatal por el de guerra y elevar la posicion y el papel del sector de defensa.
Las "fuerzas maritimas de autodefensa" de Japon se precipitan a los trabajos para modernizar y dar largo alcance a sus equipos militares ante la transicion de la estrategia de "defensa costera" a la de "ataque en alta mar". Por cierto, el perimetro de operaciones de ellas se va ampliando en el ambito mundial mas alla de las regiones perifericas del archipielago japones.
En la epoca actual, el pais isleno invierte fabulosos fondos en la compra, investigacion y fabricacion de armamentos tecnicos sofisticados.
Hoy dia, debido al creciente peligro de la conversion en una potencia militar de Japon y sus maniobras para agredir a ultramar, la situacion regional se torna cada vez mas tensa.
La realidad demuestra claramente que los militaristas japoneses siguen manteniendo su origen de agresores y no dejaron su largamente acariciado sueno de la "esfera de coprosperidad de gran Asia oriental".
Si Japon se lanza otra vez a la agresion, sera arruinado de manera ignominiosa.
