Crimes Committed by Lee Myung Bak Group during 100 Days of Their Office Brought to Light
Pyongyang, June 2 (KCNA) -- The National Reunification Institute made public a white paper Sunday disclosing the crimes committed by traitor Lee Myung Bak of south Korea for the past 100 days since the first day of his coming to power, talking about "lost decade."
The past 100 days of the conservative group's office are characterized by disgrace and crimes as it reduced south Korea to a complete colony of the U.S. and brought the north-south relations to collapse and made the dark clouds of confrontation and war hang over the Korean nation, the paper notes.
Citing facts to prove that Lee Myung Bak is the worst sycophantic traitor, the paper goes on:
The traitor totally restored the humiliating master-servant relationship while talking about "tightened south Korea-U.S. alliance" quite contrary to the nation's desire for independence.
A particular mention should be made of the fact that during his junket to the U.S. in April he peddled "three principles for south Korea-U.S. alliance" such as "alliance based on value," "alliance based on confidence" and "peace-making alliance" and clang more tightly to the coattails of his American master, asserting that he would "upgrade south Korea-U.S. relationship to strategic alliance in the 21st century." The ulterior aim sought by the Lee Myung Bak group in working hard to quell the desire of the nation for independence was brought to light when he made desperate efforts to delay the transfer of the "rights to command wartime operations" from the U.S., talking about "damaged alliance", although the transfer is scheduled to be made by April 2012.
It even disclosed its intention to take an active part in the U.S.-led PSI and the Missile Defence System which even its preceding regimes hesitated to do.
No sooner had the traitor come to power than he staged large-scale Key Resolve and Foal Eagle joint military exercises after introducing U.S. imperialist aggression troops into south Korea and he is now contemplating hurling puppet forces' warships to the U.S.-led RIMPAC exercises for aggression slated to be staged in June. In February he held a "consultative meeting for the study of security" on Jeju Island by inviting there U.S. and Japanese military warhawks in a bid to knock into shape "triangular military alliance" for aggression. It adopted a "declaration" calling for establishing a triangular system for military cooperation and working out a joint military action plan and putting them into practice in "contingency." The Lee group also agreed to stage joint military exercises involving the U.S., Japan and south Korea from June. (Choongang Ilbo on February 20, 2008)
Lee Myung Bak reduced south Korea into a total colony of the U.S. in the economic field, too. Soon after his coming to power he went busy with the moves to conclude the south Korea-U.S. FTA and totally opened south Korea's market to American beef, thus committing such treachery as allowing American beef fraught with the danger of mad cow disease to find its way to south Korean market unhindered.
Lee also worked hard to Americanize south Korea's culture.
No sooner had Lee seized power than he proposed the "plan for intensified English education" unprecedented in history which calls for banning the use of Korean language but allowing the use of English only in school education from primary schools and adopted it as a policy.
He went the lengths of describing the actions taken by the ancestors to set fire to the U.S. pirate ship "General Sherman" and send it to the bottom of the river and their erection of "monuments to repelling aggressors' invasions" in different parts of Korea as a "big blunder" and raving that "such trouble should never be allowed to repeat itself." He even made the gesture of granting Korean names to U.S. ambassadors and brasshats of the U.S. imperialist aggression forces before their assumption of office in south Korea. He was so insane as to name a general of the U.S. forces in south Korea "Ulji," surname of a famous patriotic commander of Korea, shortly ago. (Yonhap News on May 22, 2008)
Lee Myung Bak formed the "government" with pro-U.S. stooges and even appointed foreigners including American as policy advisers.
This traitor even blustered that he would let even a foreigner hold the ministerial post if necessary in the future. (Yonhap News on April 9, 2008)
He is holding Japan as dear as his ancestral tablet, keeping mum about the crimes committed by it in the past under the watchword of "new era of cooperation" and "future-oriented conception."
The white paper also cites facts to prove that Lee pushed the north-south relations to catastrophe.
The traitor negated the June 15 joint declaration, a great programme for national reunification in the new century, and the October 4 declaration, a programme for putting the joint declaration into practice, and stood in the way of their implementation.
Even before coming to power the traitor took issue with the above-said declarations, terming them "theory-like" and "abstract." As soon as he was elected "president" he openly negated what the preceding "government" agreed with the north, raving that the "new government" has no obligation to implement them." The Lee group slashed every paragraph of the above-said declarations, putting up "pragmatism" as a slogan for its rule.
He opposed the first paragraph of the October 4 declaration, claiming that implementing it is little short of setting June 15 as a "national holiday" and accepting the federal formula. As for the paragraphs dealing with the north-south relations, he opposed them, asserting they are aimed to have the "National Security Law" repealed. As far as the paragraphs dealing with peace are concerned, he rejected them, claiming that they seek "the neutralization of the northern limit line" and "they are likely to cause a problem to security." And when referring to the paragraphs dealing with economic cooperation, he insisted he cannot accept them as they are tantamount to "a drain on resources under the pretext of economic cooperation."
The true aim sought by the Lee group in touting "no nukes, opening and 3,000 dollars" as "a policy toward the north" is to negate the June 15 joint declaration and the October 4 declaration and break the north-south relations.
The Lee group slandered the idea of "By our nation itself" clarified in the June 15 joint declaration as "narrow-minded nationalism" and "exclusionist nationalism." They are working hard to justify "no nukes, opening and 3,000 dollars" and getting noisier in the "nuclear racket" and "human rights row" against the DPRK, crying out for "open nationalism." This is nothing but a revelation of their intention to scrap the June 15 joint declaration and bring the inter-Korean relations to collapse.
The Lee group has deliberately evaded the commitments stipulated in the June 15 joint declaration and the October 4 declaration.
It has harshly persecuted and suppressed people of different social standings involved in the reunification movement in south Korea.
Its moves to incite confrontation with the DPRK found their vivid expression in letting loose bellicose outbursts against the DPRK and stepping up the preparations for a war of aggression against it.
Of late this group proposed the "resumption of dialogue" and the setting up of "south-north liaison offices". But this is nothing but a ridiculous ploy to hoodwink the public opinion and evade the responsibility for bedeviling the north-south relations.
The paper also lashed out at the Lee group for reducing south Korea to a dark land under the fascist dictatorship.
This group has directed all efforts to establishing undemocratic fascist dictatorship and has not bothered to purge anyone they deemed standing in the way of doing so even a bit.
This group has also become all the more frantic in suppressing political opponents and progressive forces involving people of various social strata.
Not a few politicians including those who ran for presidency as candidates from ruling and opposition parties have been subject to the persecution and investigation by fascist prosecution after becoming targets of political reprisal by Lee. There appeared again riot police equipped with cushion helmet, shield and electric shock devices as well as water cannons and "Paekgoldan" which earned ill-fame during the fascist regime in the past. The "summary trial system" calling for punishing the accused without going through the procedures of public trial was restored in south Korea.
The Lee group's fascist true nature found a vivid manifestation in their brutal suppression of the wide-spread struggle waged by people from all walks of life in south Korea.
This group malignantly slandered even the heroic popular resistances waged by south Koreans in the past.
A typical example of this is that the "New Right Textbooks Forum", a political force backing the traitorous group, published a textbook in March describing traitor Park Chung Hee's "May 16 military coup" as a "revolution" and distorting and downplaying the movement for democratization waged by south Koreans from all walks of life including the April 19 popular uprising and the May 18 popular uprising. The area around the ponds is an unsplit rock where eight round ponds came into being in a row, washed by water from time immemorial.

Lee Myung Bak Group's Sinister Attempt Flayed in S. Korea
Pyongyang, June 2 (KCNA) -- The People for Achieving Peace and Reunification of south Korea called a press conference outside the building of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Trade in Seoul on May 29 to denounce the Lee Myung Bak group's sinister scheme.
At the conference speakers noted that traitor Lee Myung Bak sent a delegation to a "meeting" related to the PSI to be held in the United States.
They contended that if his group materializes the involvement of south Korea in the PSI at any cost, calling for priority to "restoration of alliance" with the U.S., it would pose a serious danger to peace on the Korean Peninsula and the rest of the world.
They also charged that this would add fuel to the realization of the U.S. strategy for supremacy as well as such plans for aggression on the DPRK as "OPLAN 5029."
Saying that the authorities' behavior will only scuttle the inter-Korean relations, they held that if the Lee group truly wants to follow the trend of the times, it should come out for implementing the June 15 joint declaration and the October 4 declaration, far from kowtowing to the outsiders.
They declared that the participation in the PSI is illegal as it is contrary not only to the interests of the people but peace and reunification of the Korean Peninsula and in contravention of international law.
Conservative Media's Distorted Reports Denounced in S. Korea
Pyongyang, June 2 (KCNA) -- The People's Measure Council against the Total Opening of south Korean Market to American Beef called a press conference outside the Chosun Ilbo in Seoul on May 28 to denounce the conservative media for their distorted reports.
At the conference speakers charged that such conservative media as Chosun Ilbo, Choongang Ilbo and Dong-A Ilbo have described the citizens' voluntary candlelight demonstrations as movement "sponsored by wire-pulling force", terming the struggle against the import of American beef "illegal."
Contending that with the conservative media left intact, it is impossible to achieve democracy in south Korea, they warned that the conservative media, patronized by the dictatorial regimes in the past, would be bound to face the punishment by the people.
At the conference the council declared that it would totally refuse the conservative media's coverage of candlelight demos.

188th Anti-U.S. Friday Rally Held in S. Korea
Pyongyang, June 2 (KCNA) -- The Solidarity for Implementing the South-North Joint Declaration and other civic and social organizations of south Korea held the 188th Friday rally for opposing the U.S. and war and demanding the withdrawal of the U.S. troops from south Korea outside the U.S. embassy in Seoul on May 23.
A resolution, read out at the rally, referred to the fact that the U.S. ambassador in Seoul openly blackmailed the representative of a south Korean opposition party standing against the import of American beef. This was an undisguised intervention in politics and interference in internal affairs, it pointed out.
The ambassador has become a target of the south Korean people's criticism as he slandered the DPRK and hindered the reconciliation and cooperation of the Korean nation while interfering in south Korea's internal affairs just after he proceeded to his post, the resolution noted, and said: The present reality makes the south Korean people fully realize once again that south Korea is a colony of the U.S.
The resolution demanded that the U.S. ambassador apologize to the south Korean people and immediately quit south Korea and that the Lee Myung Bak group reject the U.S. pressure for south Korea's import of American beef and come out to the renegotiations on it as soon as possible.
Large-scale Anti-"Government" Struggle Waged in Seoul
Pyongyang, June 2 (KCNA) -- A large-scale anti-"government" struggle was waged in Seoul on May 31 in protest against the Lee Myung Bak group's moves to open south Korean market to American beef.
It was participated in by members of civic and public organizations including the People's Measure Council against the Total Opening of south Korean Market to American Beef and workers, peasants and students from across south Korea, at least 100,000 in all.
Read out at a candlelight rally held in University Street was an "appeal to the people" issued by the above-said council.
The appeal said that the candlelight actions of different circles to check the import of American beef fraught with the danger of "mad cow disease" are historic resistance to protect the lives of the people and bring down the Lee Myung Bak regime.
Urging the people to launch a one million-strong candlelight action on the occasion of the anniversary of the June resistance against the dictatorial regime, the appeal called for making angry people's candlelight actions sweep all parts of south Korea and protecting their sovereignty through a large-scale candlelight march.
At the rally speakers accused the Lee Myung Bak "government" of branding the candlelight actions as "riots," paying no heed to the people's protest against the import of beef, and called for escalating the candlelight actions against the import of beef into anti-"government" resistance.
At the end of the rally the participants staged a demonstration towards "Chongwadae".
Meanwhile, the Democratic Labor Party called a press conference at Chonggye Square where its leadership was on a hunger sit-in strike and demanded the retraction of the "official instructions" issued by the Lee Myung Bak group on the hygienic conditions for the beef import.
The Democratic Party for Unity formed the headquarters for implementing measures for renegotiations on beef import and expressed its will to solidarize with the candlelight actions. "National assemblymen" from the party took part in a candlelight rally and demonstration.
Similar rallies and demonstrations took place in Kwangju, Ulsan, Taegu and other areas of south Korea simultaneously.
Crackdown upon Candlelight Rallies Protested in S. Korea
Pyongyang, June 2 (KCNA) -- The Youth and Students Solidarity for Implementing the June 15 Joint Declaration of south Korea released a statement on May 25 in protest against the Lee Myung Bak group's reckless suppression of the participants in candlelight actions.
The number of cases of arrests of participants of candlelight rallies against the import of American beef is on the steady increase in south Korea and conservative media and the group of the Grand National Party of south Korea are getting evermore pronounced in their moves to mislead the public opinion, the statement noted, and continued:

Lee Myung Bak Group's Human Rights Abuses Denounced
Pyongyang, June 2 (KCNA) -- Amnesty International in a recent annual report denounced the Lee Myung Bak group for perpetrating such human rights abuses as brutally cracking down upon south Korean people's struggle against the opening of south Korean markets to American beef, according to CBS of south Korea on May 28.
Amnesty International accused the south Korean authorities of largely abridging the "freedom of expression including assembly and demonstration."
It is part of human rights abuses for the police to take legal actions against the participants of the candlelight rallies now under way across south Korea everyday in protest against the import of American beef by branding them as "illegal," it noted.
S. Koreans' Anti-"Government" Struggle Supported in Britain
Pyongyang, June 2 (KCNA) -- The British Association for the Study of Songun Policy and the British Group for the Study of the Juche Idea released a joint statement on May 19 in support of the south Korean people's struggle against the authorities' moves to import American beef.

IRP analiza crimenes de Lee Myung Bak en 100 dias de su gobernacion
Pyongyang, 2 de junio (ATCC) -- El Instituto de Reunificacion de la Patria (IRP) hizo publica la vispera una carta blanca revelando los actos criminales que cometio el traidor Lee Myung Bak durante 100 dias desde su llegada al poder jurando compensar los supuestos "10 anos perdidos".
El documento destaca que esos 100 dias posteriores a la toma del poder por la banda de conservadores liderados por Lee son el periodo de verguenzas y crimenes en que el Sur de Corea se hizo la peor colonia de EE.UU., entraron en la fase de ruptura las relaciones Norte-Sur y se cernio el nubarron de confrontacion y guerra sobre la nacion coreana.

Al pretender el establecimiento de la agresiva "alianza militar tripartita" realizo en febrero de este ano en la isla Jeju la "reunion consultiva de estudio de seguridad" con las figuras belicistas de los circulos militares de EE.UU. y Japon. Desde el comienzo de su mandato, refrendo en una politica el "proyecto del fortalecimiento de la ensenanza de ingles" sin precedente en la historia, segun el cual en la educacion escolar desde en la escuela primaria se prohibe el uso del idioma coreano y se permite unicamente el ingles.
Al calificar de gran error el hundimiento del barco agresor norteamericano "Sherman" y la construccion por doquier de las "lapidas de rechazamiento a la reconciliacion con el invasor" por los antepasados, Lee dice que "no debemos volver a cometer tal error". Ademas, al cabo de dar nombres coreanos a los embajadores norteamericanos y las cabecillas de las tropas norteamericanas en el Sur de Corea, hace poco, cometio la locura de apellidar a un general de las tropas norteamericanas ocupantes del Sur de Corea con "Ulji", apellido de un celebre general patriotico de Corea.(Versiones del 22 de mayo de 2008 de Yonhap News)
Lee compuso su equipo del "poder" con los lacayos proyanquis y designo como asesores de politica hasta a los extranjeros incluso los norteamericanos.
Dice que en caso necesario, nombraria al extranjero incluso en el cargo de ministro.(Versiones del 9 de abril de 2008 de Yonhap News)
Al hablar de la "nueva epoca de cooperacion" y la "aspiracion al futuro", Lee respeta tambien a Japon como a su abuelo sin cuestionar los crimenes cometidos en el pasado por este pais isleno.
La banda de Lee llevo a la catastrofe las relaciones con el Norte.
El traidor Lee Myung Bak nego la Declaracion Conjunta del 15 de Junio, gran programa de la reunificacion de la patria del nuevo siglo, y la Declaracion del 4 de Octubre, programa para la implementacion de la primera.
Ya desde antes de tomar el "poder", el habia censurado esas declaraciones calificandolas de "teoricas" y "abstractas".
Despues de ocupar la "presidencia", las nego abiertamente diciendo que el nuevo "regimen" "no tiene deber de ejecutar" lo acordado por los antecesores.(Edicion del 2 de febrero de 2008 del periodico Dong-A Ilbo)
Al presentar el "pragmatismo" como consigna de dominacion, la banda de Lee invalido arbitrariamente las declaraciones arriba mencionadas letra por letra y articulo por articulo.
En particular, se opuso al primer articulo de la Declaracion del 4 de Octubre diciendo que este instituye el 15 de Junio como "dia de la fundacion del pais" y acepta el sistema federal y rehuso el articulo de las relaciones Norte-Sur senalando que esto pretende abolir la "ley de seguridad". Hizo lo mismo con los articulos de la paz y de la cooperacion economica bajo pretexto de la "nulidad de la linea de limite al Norte", "problema de seguridad" y "asistencia desmesurada disfrazada de colaboracion economica".(versiones del 7 de octubre de 2007 de Pressian)
La banda de Lee sale con la teoria de "desnuclearizacion, apertura y 3,000 dolares" como "politica con respecto al Norte de Corea". Pero, su designio fundamental redunda en negar la Declaracion Conjunta del 15 de Junio y la Declaracion de 4 de Octubre y romper las relaciones Norte-Sur.
Esta banda insulto hasta el ideal de "Entre nosotros, los connacionales" dilucidado en la Declaracion Conjunta del 15 de Junio como el "nacionalismo estrecho" y "nacionalismo chovinista" y dijo que hay que materializar el "nacionalismo abierto" justificando asi la teoria de "desnuclearizacion, apertura y 3,000 dolares" y se aferra mas en el "alboroto nuclear" y " el de derechos humanos". Esto no es nada mas que la sofisteria de invalidar el 15 de junio y llevar al fracaso las relaciones Norte-Sur.
La banda de Lee se opone intencionalmente a la ejecucion de la Declaracion Conjunta del 15 de Junio y la Declaracion del 4 de Octubre.
La mencionada banda acosa y reprime cruelmente el movimiento de distintos estratos del Sur de Corea por la reunificacion.
Las maniobras de confrontacion anti-RPDC de la banda de Lee se exponen de modo mas concentrado en lanzar arbitrariamente palabrotas belicosas contra la RPDC y dar acicate a los preparativos de la guerra de agresion al Norte de Corea.
Aunque en los ultimos dias la bandada de Lee hable de la "reanudacion del dialogo", la "instalacion de la oficina de enlace Sur-Norte" y otras cosas, esto no pasa de ser un ardid ridiculo para enganar la opinion publica y librarse de la responsabilidad de haber llevado al fracaso las relaciones Norte-Sur.
La carta blanca pone al desnudo el crimen de que la banda de Lee convirtio el Sur de Corea en un infierno donde reinan el fascismo y la dictadura.
La camarilla de Lee dedico toda la fuerza al establecimiento del sistema de dictadura fascista contra la democracia y no titubeo en eliminar todo lo que obstaculiza al respecto.
Ademas recurre con frenesi a la represion contra sus rivales politicos y las fuerzas progresistas de distintos estratos.
Muchas personalidades politicas incluyendo los candidatos de los partidos en poder y oposicion durante el periodo de las "elecciones presidenciales" se convirtieron en objetos de represalia politica de Lee y se vieron obligadas a la persecucion de la fiscalia fascista y aparecieron otra vez los policias represivos armados totalmente con los cascos, escudos e impactor electrico, canones de agua y "Paekgoldan" que exaltaron su infamia en el anterior "poder" fascista y resucito el "sistema de sentencia inmediata" que castiga sin procedimiento de juicio a los aprisionados.
La naturaleza fascista de la banda de Lee se revela concentradamente en que ultimamente en el Sur de Corea se reprime salvajemente la lucha de los habitantes de distintos estratos que se libra ampliamente en el Sur de Corea.
Ella calumnia e insulta siniestramente la sublevacion popular heroica de los habitantes surcoreanos del tiempo pasado.
Por ejemplo, el pasado mes de marzo el "Foro de manual New Right" que es fuerza de apoyo politico de la banda traidora publico el manual del contenido de que califico positivamente de una "revolucion" el "golpe militar del 16 de mayo" desatado por el traidor Pak Chung Hee, tergiversa y calumnia el significado del movimiento por la democratizacion de distintos sectores del Sur de Corea inclusive el de 19 de abril y el de 18 de mayo.("Thong-il News" 24 de abril de 2008)
La carta blanca denuncia que la realidad dada en el Sur de Corea es la triste consecuencia y el resultado tragico que dio el "pragmatismo" antinacional del traidor Lee.
Aunque la banda conservadora del Sur de Corea haga esfuerzos desesperados por mantener su sucia vida es imposible detener con nada la tendencia de la epoca y la aspiracion de la nacion hacia la independencia, la democracia y la reunificacion.
Equipo coreano de futbol femenino llega a la semifinal
Pyongyang, 2 de junio (ATCC) -- El equipo coreano gano por 1 a 0 a la seleccion china en el partido que tuvo lugar el dia primero como parte de los encuentros del grupo A del torneo de liga por grupos del Campeonato Asiatico de Futbol Femenino 2008.
Asi el once coreano llego a la semifinal como primer lugar de su grupo.
Phaldam del monte Kumgang
Pyongyang, 2 de junio (ATCC) -- Phaldam (ocho lagunas) se encuentra en el monte Kumgang de Corea, conocido como monte de fama mundial.
Por el agua cristalina que fluye a las lagunas formadas misteriosamente Phaldam da un paisaje peculiar.
En sus contornos esta puesta grandisima roca natural sin tierra y se situan alli en la misma linea 8 lagunas circulares formadas por el agua durante largo tiempo.
El agua afluye por orden en estas lagunas hasta la ultima y tras pasar por un hueco estrecho inclinado cae sobre un barranco abrupto formando una majestuosa cascada.
Esta es la cascada Kuryong conocida como una de las tres famosas del pais.
Ambas partes inclinadas del valle donde se encuentra Phaldam son de un barranco escarpado en que crecen los pinos pinoneros, el arce y otros echando raices en las grietas de la roca.
Estos arboles se armonizan con las lagunas y los barrancos del contorno y dan un paisaje hermoso.
Phaldam tiene la famosa leyenda de "ocho hadas del monte Kumgang" segun la que por el paisaje tan hermoso y el agua tan clara las ocho hadas se bajaron del cielo y se banaron en estas lagunas.
