Kim Yong Nam to Visit Mongolia, Algeria and Ethiopia
Pyongyang, July 12 (KCNA) -- Kim Yong Nam, president of the Presidium of the DPRK Supreme People's Assembly, will soon pay an official good-will visit to Mongolia at the invitation of its President Nambariin Enkhbayar.
He will also make similar visits to Algeria and Ethiopia.
DPRK's Abductee Interviewed
Pyongyang, July 12 (KCNA) -- To Chu Ji, Korean woman who had been abducted to Japan, was interviewed by media persons at Pyongyang Koryo Hotel on Thursday.
It was attended by Korean media persons and foreign correspondents here.
To said at the conference that a resident in Pukchang County, South Phyongan Province, she was lured by the words of bad people that she might be given help in living and was taken to Japan against her will where she spent three years and seven months before coming back to the homeland.
Answering the questions put by reporters, she gave an account of how she was lured and abducted to Japan.
She said:
In October 2003, I was lured by unidentified persons into crossing the River Tuman and going to Shenyang from where she was taken to Japan. She added that she thus fell victim to an anti-DPRK plot-breeding organization of Japan.
Saying about what she felt while staying in Japan, she noted that the Japanese authorities enforced a very harsh policy of national discrimination and that the Japanese society was corrupt and ailing one.
She went on to say: I keenly realized that the place one was born and grew up is neither one's native place nor one's motherland, but the place which takes care of one's destiny and future is the genuine cradle and homeland.
She noted:
The anti-DPRK organizations made up of riff-raffs in Japan are now busy with all forms of false propaganda against the DPRK and the General Association of Korean Residents in Japan (Chongryon), raising a hue and cry over "abduction issue" and "human rights issue" etc. They demanded me to attend what they called "press conference" and "meeting" in a bid to use even me for their purpose. They attempted to use even the kindred ties between parents and their children for their political purpose.
Speaking of what she felt after coming back into the care of General Kim Jong Il, she said she felt ashamed when she was warmly greeted and kindly treated by everyone she met.
July 4 Joint Statement Supported by Brazilian Party
Pyongyang, July 12 (KCNA) -- The Brazilian Communist Party on July 4 posted an article titled "Great Program of Reunification Common to Korean Nation" on its Internet homepage on the occasion of the 35th anniversary of the publication of the July 4 joint statement.
The article notes that the July 4 joint statement fully reflects the three principles of national reunification, the great program of reunification common to the Korean nation.
The principles put forward by President Kim Il Sung were fully supported and hailed not only by all the Korean people but by the broad international community as soon as they were published for their validity and truth, and they are displaying enormous vitality still today, notes the article, concluding: Korea would be certainly reunified according to the above-said principles.
President Kim Il Sung Remembered in Different Countries
Pyongyang, July 12 (KCNA) -- Remembrance meetings were held in Laos, Mongolia, Mexico and Austria and film shows in Russia, Vietnam, Indonesia and Iran from July 3 to 5 on the occasion of the 13th anniversary of demise of President Kim Il Sung.
On display at the venues of the functions were famous works of Kim Il Sung and Kim Jong Il and photos showing their immortal exploits.
Screened at the film shows were Korean films including "The Great Leader Comrade Kim Il Sung Meets Heads of State and Prominent Figures of Foreign Countries," "The Great Life in 1994," "For Liberation of the Country" and "Comrade Kim Il Sung Will Always Be with Humankind."

Pyongyang, July 12 (KCNA) -- Janchivdorjyn Lomvo, Mongolian ambassador to the DPRK, hosted a reception on July 11 on the occasion of the 86th anniversary of the victory of the Mongolian people's revolution.

Abolition of NSL Demanded in S. Korea
Pyongyang, July 12 (KCNA) -- Members of south Korean civic and public organizations including the People's Solidarity for Abolition of the "National Security Law" reportedly held a forum in Seoul on July 7 in demand of the abolition of the NSL.
They discussed the need to tear up the NSL and the action program for the second half of the year to get the evil law scrapped.
Branding the NSL as a Draconian law suppressing democracy, human rights and the freedom of expression of idea, they said it must be repealed on all accounts.

Pyongyang, July 12 (KCNA) -- Figures of Guyana and India released statements on the occasion of the 13th anniversary of demise of President Kim Il Sung.
Hamilton Green, mayor of Georgetown City who is leader of the Good Green Guyana, in his statement on July 3 highly praised Kim Il Sung as the great leader, who embarked upon the road of revolution at his early age, liberated the country and founded the dignified DPRK.
The statement said that the President was an outstanding statesman who clearly indicated the way to be followed by the developing countries in the building of a new society and the struggle for national liberation and led the cause of global independence to victory.
An Indian lawmaker in a statement on July 6 highly praised the President as a great sage who devoted his all to the happiness of people to the last moments of his life, regarding it as his maxim to believe in the people as in Heaven.

Picture Album Introducing Songun Korea Published in China
Pyongyang, July 12 (KCNA) -- A picture album "Pictures on Songun Korea, Heir to the Revolutionary Traditions of Anti-Japanese Struggle" was brought out in China on July 5.
The album published by the Putong Zhiyuan Trading Co. Ltd in Beijing of China contains more than 200 Korean paintings and oil-paintings on diverse themes including the greatness of the three generals of Mt. Paektu, the staunch spirit of Songun Korea, folk customs of the Korean people and the friendly feelings of the peoples of the DPRK and China.
Systematically edited in chronological order in the album are fine art pieces comprehensively and profoundly dealing with the major revolutionary sites and battle sites where President Kim Il Sung spent his childhood, conducted revolutionary activities in his early years and waged the anti-Japanese armed struggle.
Printed on the front and back covers of the album are Korean paintings "Rosy Is the Future of Korea over which the Lodestar of Mt. Population Urbanization Issue Settled in DPRK
Pyongyang, July 12 (KCNA) -- The fast urbanization of population in the world has raised serious socio-economic problems including difficulty in city management, destruction of ecological environment and worsening working and living conditions.

Pyongyang, 12 de julio (ATCC) -- La Compania Limitada Putong Zhiyuan de Beijing, China, dio a luz el dia 5 el album "Cuadros de la Corea del Songun heredera de las tradiciones revolucionarias de la lucha antijaponesa".
