S. Korean Military Authorities Denounced

Pyongyang, September 22 (KCNA) -- Yun Kwang Ung, minister of National Defence of south Korea, at a symposium held at the "National Assembly" on Sept. 15 said that he would keep Jaitun unit stationed in Arbil, Iraq, next year, too, according to south Korean MBC. All the fellow countrymen are now strongly demanding the immediate withdrawal of the south Korean troops from Iraq, bitterly denouncing the south Korean military authorities for their criminal acts of serving as a shock brigade of the U.S. imperialists' war of aggression.
However, the south Korean military authorities' balderdash is not only an open challenge to the public demand at home and abroad but also a reckless act betraying their bellicose character again.
Openly asserting that experience of actual war in Iraq will become hard core in pressurizing the north, the bellicose elements of south Korea have conducted all military operations there under the simulated conditions of "emergency" in the Korean Peninsula.
The south Korean military authorities' assertion is no more than an open revelation of their ulterior intention to accumulate more combat experience in Iraq to provide for a war of aggression against the north.
The south Korean military authorities should stop their provocative preparations for a war of aggression against the north and immediately withdraw their troops from Iraq.

U.S. New Doctrine for Use of Nukes under Fire

Pyongyang, September 22 (KCNA) -- The DPRK can not but take a serious view of the U.S. new doctrine for the use of nuclear weapons as it makes it possible to mount a preemptive nuclear attack on any target in any region any moment according to decision of a commander of the U.S. forces Commenting on this, Minju Joson Thursday says that the DPRK can not but take issue with the U.S. double-dealing approach towards the international nuclear non-proliferation regime.
    The news analyst goes on:
The U.S. has posed a constant threat of a preemptive nuclear attack to the DPRK and other anti-imperialist independent countries while pursuing the vertical proliferation of nuclear weapons including the research and development of smaller nukes in a bid to carry out with ease its strategy of world domination based on unchallenged edge in the field of strategic and tactical nuclear weapons.
It is, therefore, quite natural for a number of countries to take countermeasures for self-defense as their existence is exposed to the threat of the U.S. constant nuclear blackmailing.
If the U.S. needs and values the nuclear non-proliferation regime so much it would be proper for it to make a bold switchover in its criminal nuclear policy. The U.S. pressurizes other countries to return to the NPT, while posing a grave nuclear threat to them behind the scene. This contradictory arrogant attitude is a typical example of double-dealing tactics.
Washington might know well what sort of fate the NPT would face and what serious situation could be created in the world should it pursue its ambition to launch a nuclear war and its policy of threatening other countries with nukes.
If the U.S. truly opts for this, it may go its own way while allowing others to go their own ways. But there is one thing the U.S. should bear in mind. In that case the U.S. will be entirely accountable for the breach of the world non-proliferation regime.
