CPRF Secretariat on Decision to Reject "Motion on Impeachment"

Pyongyang, May 16 (KCNA) -- The south Korean "Constitution Court" made a decision on May 14 to turn down the "motion on impeachment against the president" which was railroaded through the "National Assembly" by the pro-American conservative forces. In this regard the Secretariat of the Committee for the Peaceful Reunification of the Fatherland released information bulletin No. 870 on May 15.
    The bulletin said:
The decision was made by the "Constitution Court" but in fact it was prompted by the south Korean people. This clearly shows again that the U.S. colonial rule and pro-American flunkeyist act of the conservative forces can no longer work in south Korea and no force on earth can block the will and desire of the people for independence, democracy and reunification.
The U.S. and the south Korean ultra-right wing conservative forces brought about a political coup called "impeachment against the president" in south Korea on March 12.
The flame of the vigorous struggle against the impeachment spread all over south Korea and brought about such an unprecedented miracle as the victory of the pro-reform progressive forces and the defeat of the conservative forces in the "general election" of the 17th "National Assembly", foiling the farce of the "impeachment" fabricated by the U.S. and its followers.
The U.S. plot to set up a pro-American conservative "government" in south Korea went bankrupt.
The reality shows that the time when the U.S. and pro-American conservative forces hold sway is coming to an end.
What is the oldest in south Korea is the U.S. military occupation and colonial rule over it.
The U.S. military occupation and colonial rule over south Korea are the fetter impeding the social progress of south Korea, the root cause of all sorts of the south Korean people's misfortune and sufferings and the main obstacle blocking national reunification.
The U.S. should squarely see the trend of public sentiment in south Korea, behave with discretion, put an end to its domination and interference in south Korea and withdraw its aggression troops from it at once.

Rodong Sinmun Assails U.S. Farce to Erect Memorial Monument

Pyongyang, May 16 (KCNA) -- Rodong Sinmun in a signed commentary Sunday denounces the United States' planned erection of a "memorial monument" in Rogun-ri as one more murder as it is a shameless act like a habitual murderer making a bow before a sacrificial table. The criminals who committed the brutal massacre, prompted by their wicked scheme to enslave the Korean nation, have no face to build a "memorial monument", the commentary says, and goes on:
The building of a monument is considered to be deceptive in the light of the epitaph of the monument devoid of even the expression of "residents in Rogun-ri" and "murder of innocent civilians" as well as the phrase of apology and obscuring the disparity of assailants and victims.
The purpose of the U.S. plan to erect a hypocritical monument is to calm down the ever-mounting anti-American sentiments of the south Korean people and keep its shuddering mass killings behind the black curtain of history.
Such a trifle farce can not go down with others.
The U.S. imperialists should not build such a deceptive monument but apologize and compensate to the Korean nation for all the criminal acts they committed in Korea. They should withdraw their aggressor troops, the source of crime, from south Korea and repeal their policy to dominate Korea.
Any action turning aside from this essential issue will only touch off the anti-U.S. sentiment of the Korean nation as it is a mockery of and insult on the dignity and sovereignty of the Korean nation.

U.S. Troops' Maltreatment of Iraqi Prisoners of War Denounced

Pyongyang, May 16 (KCNA) -- It is a disgrace and shame to the south Korean people to dispatch troops to Iraq in obedience to the U.S. pressure at the time when the world public is denouncing the U.S. imperialist aggression troops for murdering civilians and maltreating prisoners. A spokesman for the Central Committee of the Korean Chondoist Chongu Party said this in a statement issued on May 15 condemning the U.S. imperialist aggression troops for their nefarious violation of human rights in Iraq.
    The spokesman went on:
The U.S. imperialist aggression troops are barbarians who enjoy pleasure in committing such cruel action as undressing people to force them to make a "human pyramid" and beasts feeling delight in killing people. Their inhuman atrocities are a thrice-cursed crime quite contrary to justice, morality and international law and an open challenge to the conscience of humankind.
The crimes committed by the U.S. for one year since its occupation of Iraq is no more than a piece of iceberg in comparison with the brutal atrocities it committed against the Korean nation for nearly 60 years of its occupation of south Korea.
How can the horrible massacres committed by the U.S. imperialist aggression troops in Sinchon and other parts of the northern half of Korea during the period of the Korean war be compared with tragedies in other countries and their thrice-cursed crimes in south Korea be compared with their human rights abuses against other nations?
The U.S., not satisfied with this, is now forcing south Korea to dispatch troops to Iraq, a trap of death and crimes.
The south Korean political parties should consider the decision on troop dispatch to Iraq at the 16th "National Assembly" as the biggest shame and rescind the wrong decision at the 17th NA.
The spokesman called upon all the Chondoists in south Korea to turn out in the sacred struggle to settle accounts with the crimes of the U.S. imperialist aggressors and make the year 2005, 60 years after the U.S. troops' occupation of south Korea, the year of completely driving the U.S. troops out of south Korea.

Withdrawal of Decision on Troop Dispatch to Iraq Urged

Pyongyang, May 16 (KCNA) -- Minju Joson Sunday carries a signed commentary on the U.S. abuses of Iraqi prisoners which is stirring up bitter indignation and denunciation in the international community. The commentary denounces the U.S. abuses as a war crime wantonly violating international law and an unethical challenge to the "International Declaration of Human Rights".
    The commentary goes on:
The maltreatment proves that the U.S. imperialists are, indeed, the worst violators of human rights and the U.S. is a criminal state against human rights. It also proves that their racket over the non-existent "human rights issue" in the DPRK is a plot to cover up their human rights abuses.
It is an unjust act going against the desire of the entire Korean nation and the world peace-loving people to send troops to Iraq at a time when the world is bitterly castigating the U.S. troops for killing Iraqi civilians and maltreating prisoners.
The decision to dispatch south Korean troops to Iraq is a grave mistake of the 16th National Assembly.
The south Korean political parties should clearly face up to the trend of the times and make a right choice at a new session of the NA and discontinue the moves to send troops to Iraq. This is the unanimous will and demand of the south Korean people and the only way to remove the stain left by the preceding NA.

Spokesman for DPRK FM. Denounces U.S. Sanctions against Cuba and Syria

Pyongyang, May 16 (KCNA) -- A spokesman for the DPRK Foreign Ministry Sunday gave an answer to a question put by KCNA as regards the U.S. intensified sanctions against Cuba and Syria. Recalling that the U.S. announced the new measures for sanctions against Cuba under the pretext of "accelerating the democratic transition" of Cuba on May 6 and took sanctions against Syria according to the "law on settlement of accounts in Syria" on May 11 for the reason that the country has "sponsored terrorism", the spokesman said:
The U.S. measures for sanctions against Cuba and Syria are a wanton violation of independence of the sovereign states and a revelation of the unilateralist arbitrariness ignoring the UN Charter and principles and norms of international law.
The Bush administration, now driven into a tight corner at home and abroad by the rapid expansion of the anti-U.S. resistance and disclosure of the U.S. abuses of Iraqi prisoners, is desperately trying to calm down the ever-mounting world-wide anti-U.S. sentiments and make the situation favorable to him in the forthcoming presidential election.
Therefore, the Bush administration has taken sanctions against Cuba and Syria one after another in a bid to disperse the focus of the public opinion on Iraq and gain support from Jewish circles and reactionary Cubans at home.
But the U.S. is seriously mistaken.
Any U.S. sanctions, blockade and support to the anti-revolutionary elements cannot break the will of the Cuban people to defend the socialist system they have chosen and bring to their knees the Syrian Arab people who are striving to defend their rights to independence and fairly settle the Mideast issue, standing against the pressure of the foreign forces.
The DPRK people are extending full support and solidarity to the Cuban people believing in the justness of their cause and sternly defending socialism and the Syrian Arab people in their just efforts to defend the sovereignty of the country and the dignity of the nation.
The U.S. provocations against Cuba and Syria give a serious lesson to the international community.
The belligerent nature of the Bush group has no limit.
Moreover, with the presidential election approaching, the Bush administration will leave no means untried to work out a greater shocking accident in every part of the world as the possibility of its reelection is getting gloomier.
The DPRK army and people are now watching with high vigilance the U.S. every move and getting fully ready for combat to smash at one stroke the provocations of the enemies anytime and anywhere.
There is no future for the Bush administration indulged in aggression and arbitrariness.

Meeting for Solidarity with DPRK Held

Pyongyang, May 15 (KCNA) -- A meeting of communist and workers' parties of the world for solidarity with the DPRK was held in Brussels on May 4. The meeting was attended by the chairman of the Central Committee of the Belgian Labour Party and delegations of more than 30 parties from different countries including the Communist Party of Cuba.
Speeches were made at the meeting.
An official in charge of the Korean Affairs of the International Department of the Belgian Labour Party said that the party has sponsored many meetings and seminars and conducted active information service to strengthen the solidarity with the DPRK, adding that it has widely introduced the greatness of leader Kim Jong Il and the justice of the great Songun politics in particular.
He recalled that the party has carried articles and photos praising the DPRK on its Internet homepage, while conducting activities to refute the misinformation spread by the West about the DPRK.
Delegates of political parties from different countries including the chairman of the Workers' Party of Yugoslavia and a member of the International Department of the Workers' Party of the United States highly praised Kim Jong Il for his greatness and Songun politics and expressed positive support to the Korean people's cause of justice.
A letter to Kim Jong Il was adopted at the meeting.
The letter said that the participants in the meeting bitterly denounced the aggressive policy of the U.S. imperialists toward the DPRK and hoped that the U.S. troops would be withdrawn from south Korea and all the issues arising in the relations between the DPRK and the U.S. would be solved peacefully.
A resolution on solidarity with the Korean people was adopted at the meeting.
The resolution denounced the U.S. imperialists for their moves for a war of aggression against the DPRK.
It is the consistent principled stand of the DPRK to peacefully settle the nuclear issue through dialogue between the DPRK and the U.S., the resolution said, and continued:
The communist and workers' parties of the world are firmly convinced that all the Koreans in the north and the south would surely achieve the independent and peaceful reunification of the country by the concerted efforts of the nation according to the June 15 North-South Joint Declaration, a great programme for national reunification.
The resolution expressed firm solidarity with the Korean people in their struggle to achieve peace, stability and reunification of the Korean peninsula.

DPRK Software Arbitration Committee Formed

Pyongyang, May 15 (KCNA) -- The DPRK Software Arbitration Committee was inaugurated. It is an independent non-permanent non-governmental organization which specializes in settling disputes in trade, investment and service in the software field between organs, enterprises, organizations and citizens of the DPRK and foreign enterprises, foreign-invested enterprises, overseas compatriots and foreigners. It will also settle disputes related to the infringement upon the copyright of software.
The first meeting of the arbitration committee was held here on May 13.
It elected competent scientists, technicians and lawyers in the field of software and law chairman, vice-chairmen and members of the committee. It also appointed its arbitrators.
The meeting discussed a wide-range practical matters arising in settling disputes in the field of software.

Trade Union of Japan Opposes Bill on Banning Portcall of Specified Ships

Pyongyang, May 15 (KCNA) -- The National Metal and Machine Workers' Union of Japan held a meeting in Osaka on May 8 to oppose the government's bill on banning portcall of specified ships. The reporter stressed that the workers of Japan should check passage of the bill through the diet with their united strength.
A resolution adopted at the meeting said that the bill would further worsen Japan-DPRK relations at a time when the dialogue for peaceful settlement of the nuclear issue in the Korean peninsula is under way.
The resolution strongly demanded that the government withdraw the bill, normalize diplomatic relations with the DPRK and resolve all the issues in a peaceful way.
The trade union decided to conduct a signature campaign for demanding withdrawal of the bill and others.

U.S. Branded as Worst Violator of Human Rights

Pyongyang, May 15 (KCNA) -- A spokesman for the Committee for the Peaceful Reunification of the Fatherland released a statement on May 14 in connection with the recent disclosure of U.S. troops' inhuman maltreatment of POWs in Iraq that touched off strong world public criticism. Recalling that GIs committed shuddering atrocities without hesitation, the statement said: They undressed male and female prisoners and forced them to build a "human pyramid" and resorted to all sorts of indecent practices.
They let loose dogs to bite Iraqi POWs and even killed them in cold blood.
This is a war crime wantonly violating the international convention on the treatment of POWs and an inhuman act challenging the "International Declaration of Human Rights". It clearly indicates once again that the U.S. is the worst violator of human rights and a state with the poorest human rights record as it interferes in other country's internal affairs under the pretext of "human rights issues" whenever an opportunity presents itself and behaves as if it were a "human rights judge."
The human rights abuses committed by the U.S. troops in Iraq are a continuation of hideous terrorism and human rights abuses the U.S. has perpetrated against other countries and nations throughout its history as it is known to be an empire of evil whose main mission is to commit aggression, murder, terrorism and maltreatment.
Yankees brutally killed innocent civilians in Sinchon and other parts of the DPRK during the Korean war. They continue killing, raping and plundering south Koreans, young and old, men and women, still today though it is nearing 60 years since their occupation of south Korea.
The U.S. hue and cry over the "human rights issue" in the DPRK which truly guarantees the people dignity and freedom is nothing but sophism to veil its undisguised human rights abuses.
Yankees have turned Iraq into the chasm of death. Yet, there are still moves in south Korea to send its young people there yielding to the U.S. under the pretext of "south Korea-U.S. alliance."
It was the biggest shame and crime for the 16th "National Assembly" of south Korea to have decided to dispatch troops to Iraq.

S. Korean Police's Fascist Action under Fire

Pyongyang, May 15 (KCNA) -- The former chairman of the General Student Council of Sogang University who was active as a leading member of the 11th-term south Korean Federation of University Student Councils was arrested by Mapho Police Office, Seoul, on May 11. In this connection, Rodong Sinmun today in a signed commentary terms this another anti-reunification fascist action going against the trend of the times. The commentary says:
The police's arrest of the patriotic student who conducted activities for independence, democracy and reunification goes to prove that the south Korean judiciary is nothing but an obstruction to the desire of the nation and the trend of the times as it hamstrings the fellow countrymen's efforts for reconciliation and the independent reunification of the country.
This is clearly evidenced by the fact that the police authorities arrested the patriotic student under the pretext of being a leading member of an "enemy-benefiting organization" and unhesitatingly took the action to suppress him by bringing against him the charges of "communicating with the north for a meeting" and "disclosing secret" just as they did in the era of confrontation. This gangsterism can be committed only by the tyrants who are utterly indifferent to the desire of the nation, insensible to the trend of the times.
Hanchongryon's just struggle for democracy and its patriotic movement for reunification can never be considered as a crime but only deserve praise and support of the nation.

Illusion about U.S. Imperialism and Capitalism Should Be Dispelled

Pyongyang, May 15 (KCNA) -- Illusion about the U.S. imperialism and capitalism should be removed, Rodong Sinmun says in a signed article today. What is important in the struggle for independence at present is to dispel illusion about the U.S. and other Western powers, says the article. Noting that the capitalist society is a "paradise" for the bourgeois ruling class but a "hell" for the working masses, the article cites concrete data of the corrupt U.S. society to disclose that the rich get richer and the poor get poorer in the capitalist society.
The capitalist society should be called a society of darkness and a living hell, not the society of bliss, the article says, calling for discerning the essence of "aid," "cooperation" and "peace" touted by the U.S. and the West.
They force other countries to accept their reactionary political system and economic form in return for "aid" and "joint exploitation", talking about the advantages of their system and form and in this way they seek to Americanize and Westernize other countries, the article says, warning that anyone may be taken in by their art of disguise if he loosens vigilance against it.
As a wolf cannot change into a sheep, so the aggressive and plunderous nature of the U.S. imperialists never changes, the article says, adding that it is their trite method to wield moneybag in one hand and a stick in the other to achieve their dominationist purpose.
All those countries and people aspiring after independence and progress should correctly understand that any illusion about U.S. imperialism and capitalism will lead to death, ruin and subjugation, the article stresses, and notes: All the revolutionary parties and people should hold fast to the anti-U.S. independent stand and allow no slightest illusion about capitalism.

U.S. Plan to Build "Memorial Monument" Assailed

Pyongyang, May 15 (KCNA) -- The U.S. plan to erect a "memorial monument" in Rogun-ri of south Korea is stirring up bitter indignation among the Korean people as it is an intolerable mockery of and insult to the Korean nation, says Minju Joson Saturday in a signed commentary. It goes on: This is nothing but a disgusting and deceptive farce that can be conceived only by the U.S. steeped in shameless and impudent nature to the marrow of its bone.
On July 25, 1950, the Fifth Cavalry Regiment of the U.S. First Cavalry Division, while fleeing, lured more than 400 defenseless civilians and refugees in Rogun-ri, Yongdong County, North Chungchong Province, into seeking "shelter" under an arch bridge before calling on planes by radio to indiscriminately strafe and bomb them, killing them in cold blood. This is known as a "massacre of civilians in Rogun-ri".
The incident, however, had been grossly misrepresented till the disclosure of its truth. But it was brought to daylight by testimonies made by those who narrowly escape from the massacre and former GIs.
The U.S. intention to build the "monument" was not prompted by the desire to honour the memory of the dead but by its sinister political aim.
It is designed to put down the mounting actions of south Koreans in demand of the probe into the truth behind the massacre and the U.S. apology and compensation to its victims and calm down the daily growing anti-U.S. sentiment in south Korea.
But no one would be deceived by its trick.
If the U.S. has a true intention to honestly repent of monstrous massacre of civilians committed by GIs during the Korean war including the massacre in Rogun-ri, it should admit all its mass killings and other crimes, make a sincere apology and compensation to the Korean nation for them and immediately withdraw its forces, the root cause of all crimes, from south Korea as demanded by the south Korean people before talking about the plan to erect the "memorial monument."

Messages of Sympathy from S. Korea

Pyongyang, May 15 (KCNA) -- Messages of sympathy came to the National Reconciliation Council of Korea, the Korean Social Democratic Party, the Kim Il Sung Socialist Youth League, the Korean Student Committee, the North Headquarters of the National Alliance for the Country's Reunification, the National Economic Cooperation Federation, the Central Committee of the Korean Catholic Association, the Korean Democratic Women's Union and the Association of Korean Women from different organizations in the south in connection with the recent accident in Ryongchon County, North Phyongan Province. The addressers included the south Korean Catholic Farmers' Association, the south Korean Federation of Fellow Countrymen for Inheriting Paekbom's Spirit, the south Korean Catholic Priests' Association for Justice, the Asian Council of Religionists for Peace in south Korea, the Committee of Major Catholic Church for National Reconciliation in south Korea, the south Korean Council of Religionists for Peace, the Seoul District Catholic Committee for National Reconciliation, the south Korean All-People Council for National Reconciliation and Cooperation, the South Headquarters of the National Alliance for the Country's Reunification, the Organization to Honor the Memory of Late Spring Rev. Mun Ik Hwan for National Reunification in south Korea, the south Korean Youth Council, the south Korean Foundation for South-North Economic and Cultural Cooperation, the Headquarters of the Movement of Jeju Islanders for South-North Cooperation, the south Korean Women's Council for Peace, the south Korean Federation of Women's Organizations and other organizations and public figures in south Korea and the Japan Headquarters of the National Alliance for the Country's Reunification (Pomminryon), the Federation of South Koreans in Japan for Democracy and Unification and the U.S. Headquarters of Pomminryon.
Extending deep sorrow and sympathy to the compatriots in the north over the accident, the messages expressed the belief that the compatriots in the north would bravely overcome this disaster with an indomitable will and persevering efforts and called on all the fellow countrymen to display the might of the great national unity with warm compatriotic feelings.

Kim Jong Il Enjoys Performance Given by KPA Officers' Families

Pyongyang, May 15 (KCNA) -- Supreme Commander of the Korean People's Army Kim Jong Il, general secretary of the Workers' Party of Korea and chairman of the National Defence Commission of the DPRK, together with KPA servicepersons saw a performance given by art groups of families of officers of KPA units 630, 604, 233, 966 and 337 and the Air Force Command who participated in the 7th contest among art groups of families of KPA officers. Among the audience were Kim Yong Chun, chief of the KPA General Staff, KPA Generals Ri Myong Su, Hyon Chol Hae, Pak Jae Gyong, Col. General O Kum Chol and other general officers, Ri Yong Chol, first vice-department director of the WPK Central Committee, and Ri Jae Il, first vice-director of the Information and Agitation Department of the WPK Central Committee.
The performers put on the stage numbers of diverse genres including chorus "Thanks to Generalissimo Kim Il Sung" and "Twelve months for Songun victory", a duet to the accompaniment of Kayagum, a poetical drama based on true story, a quintet drama and singing and instrumental music.
Kim Jong Il extended high appreciation and deep thanks to the members of the art groups for their successful performance, greatly satisfied with their presentation of the repertoire of high ideological and artistic value as it truthfully represented their life.
He repeatedly spoke highly of their feats, saying that the families of the KPA officers are praiseworthy revolutionary fighters as they tided over all sorts of trials and took the lead in upholding the Songun cause of the WPK, loudly singing songs of revolution and struggle in the period of the "arduous march," forced march, the most difficult days for the country.
The contest among art groups of officers' families that has been held seven times amidst the great expectation and interest of the servicepersons and the people strikingly demonstrated the validity and vitality of the WPK's literary and art policy to popularize arts and the shining feature of new culture created in the Songun era, he said.
He set forth important tasks which would serve as guidelines in conducting popular art activities, saying that the contest, a product of the Songun era, serves as an important factor of powerfully encouraging all the people in their struggle to accomplish the cause of building a great prosperous powerful nation for its tremendous vitality.

Kim Jong Il Sends Wreath to Bier of KPA General

Pyongyang, May 15 (KCNA) -- Supreme Commander of the Korean People's Army Kim Jong Il Saturday sent a wreath to the bier of KPA General Won Ung Hui, member of the Central Committee of the Workers' Party of Korea, expressing deep condolences over his death.

Foreign Ministry Spokesman on Working Group Meeting of Six-party Talks

Pyongyang, May 15 (KCNA) -- A spokesman for the DPRK Foreign Ministry gave the following answer to a question put by KCNA Saturday as regards the close of the working group meeting of the six-party talks: The working group meeting of the six-party talks for the settlement of the nuclear issue between the DPRK and the U.S. took place in Beijing from May 12 to 14.
At the meeting the DPRK side clarified its will to maintain the general goal of the denuclearization of the Korean peninsula and to freeze its nuclear facilities as the first-phase action and displayed utmost flexibility from a sincere stand to settle the issue at any cost.
The DPRK's proposal of "reward for freeze" commanded support and sympathy from the majority of the participants in the meeting for its justice and fairness.
However, the U.S. again pressurized the DPRK, not a defeated country, to accept the CVID. It put a brake on the discussion of the issue, repeating its old assertion that it can never make any discussion unless the DPRK does so.
Moreover, the U.S. side made an absurd assertion about the "enriched uranium program", its own fabrication.
This clearly proves that the U.S. does not wish to see any progress in the solution of the nuclear issue at the six-party talks before the presidential election slated for late this year in a bid to win it without difficulty.
The world is well aware of the despicable true nature of the Bush group as it disclosed its disposition as an expert in fabricating false information in an effort to justify its war of aggression.
The DPRK resolutely dismissed the U.S. assertions, holding that the information presented by the U.S. at the meeting was nothing but a prelude to inventing a pretext for mounting a military attack on the DPRK when necessary.
No one supported the U.S. unreasonable stand at the meeting.
The world public is now getting more skeptical as to whether there would be any need to continue the six-party talks which are no more than armchair talks, asserting that the talks failed to make any progress as the U.S. made no sincere efforts for the settlement of the issue, insisting on its own assertions that the DPRK must scrap its nuclear program first.
The DPRK side intends to conduct dialogue with sustained patience in the future too, proceeding from its consistent stand to denuclearize the Korean peninsula peacefully through the six-party talks.
If the U.S. persistently seeks to waste time, pressurizing the DPRK to change its political system and disarm itself under the signboard of "peaceful talks", the DPRK will be left with no option but to use it as a means for building stronger nuclear deterrent force.
Therefore, such meaningless delaying tactics employed by the U.S. will do the DPRK nothing bad.

GIs' Maltreatment of Iraqi POWs Denounced

Pyongyang, May 15 (KCNA) -- The United States should fundamentally settle its issue of human right abuses before behaving as if it were a "world judge of human rights" recognized by none. A spokesman for the DPRK Foreign Ministry said this in an answer given to a question put by KCNA on Saturday as regards the U.S. maltreatment of Iraqi POWs, a serious human rights issue now under fire worldwide. Referring to the fact that the U.S. revealed its true colours as a ferocious aggressor, an illegal and brutal tyrant and gangster in Iraq, he continued:
The crimes committed by GIs prove that the U.S. is the world's worst human rights violator and a graveyard of human rights as they are a wanton violation of international law and the universally accepted ethics and morality and a total negation of the Islamic ethics and culture.
What matters is that the recent U.S. human rights abuses in Iraq were not crimes perpetrated by individual GIs in violation of military discipline but deliberate and organized ones committed by the top authorities of the U.S.
This case once again makes it clear that the U.S. has no moral qualification to talk about the issue of human rights in other countries.
What happened in Iraq teaches a serious lesson that one should defend its national sovereignty to protect the human rights and for this it is necessary to build a strong military deterrent to repel any aggression.
All the countries that respect human rights should foil the U.S. shameless human rights racket with their just human rights offensive.
